Hello! Can you help me please with an advice or information?
1 have a ds-kh6320-wte2 and I get no call from the intercom when may app is closed or in the background. I receive the call/notification only if the hik-connect app is opened in that specific moment you call from the outside post.
Theoretically it is useless, who keeps the app always opened?

perhaps you need to check whether the phone allows notifications from the hikvision app. I'm not sure, just a guess
