Great video - thanks! Do the 2010+ Sports follow the same procedure? Is the part number the same? Would be great if your next video was for the front bushings, I need to do all 4 corners..
I don’t have the knocking or bumping noise but I do have a lot of suspension squeaking at slow speeds. The vehicle is 10 years old with only 70,000 miles squeaks horribly. 2012 Sport Supercharged.
Awesome video thanks! I’ve got the same problem on my 05 sport supercharged. I’d like to get the parts from you guys. Would a non-rover mechanic be able to perform this job if I showed him this video? And how long will this job probably take? Thanks again. Should the truck be in off road height before hoisting it up?
Hi Steve, a non-rover technician should be able to perform this service, especially after watching our video. The job itself could take up to two hours to complete, depending on how rusty the bolts are. Finally, the truck does not need to be in off-road height as the wheels drop when the vehicle is raised.
....and torque the bolts to what?????????? *nobody needs to comment to tell me, I own a L322 instead of a sport & for me it's 41 lbft (56 Nm) in 2 stages*

Thanks a lot for this video! You saved me thousands of dollars!
Hello, thanks for the video. Does the popping sound from the sway bushings cause any safety issues or it just an annoyance? Thanks again!
On the LR3 the slit faces the front of the vehicle, not the rear.

Thanks so much again!
Do you add grease to the inside of the bushing before you install to the sway bar?
Curious as to wether this is needed too. My new ones have started creaking already (I didn’t grease)
I always use dielectric grease on swaybar bushings for my road cars and track/competition cars.
Do u have a video on how to remove the rear strut absorber not the rear air bag
I'm getting a rubbery squeaking noise on slow bumps rather than a knocking sound.. could this be the same issue??
sshingocbs yo what was the issue
I read that the 2012s actually have to have their bodies lifted to service the sway bars. Is this true?
Hi EM,
No, you don't need to lift the body off to service the sway bar.
What size offset spanner do I require please
Sway bar = Anti roll bar in UK speak.
Can't get the bolts off. The 13mm wrench is just chewing up the bolts and spinning freely without moving them. 😂
How can you tell if your car has Directional Stability Control?
giant hydraulic assembly on the sway bar assembly.
