Q: When will the serum be back in stock?
A: If the serum is indicated as being sold out, I will try to restock within 10 business days. Please check back here on my shop and/or on NiaHopeCo (@NiaHopeCo) for all updates about when the serum is back in stock.
Q: What ingredients are in the serum?
A: Jamaican Black Castor Oil, Blackseed Oil, Jojoba Oil and Cedarwood, Clary Sage, Lavender, Rosemary, Peppermint, and Ylang Ylang Essential Oils.
Q: How should I use the serum?
A: For Best Results: Use TWICE a day (one dropper full and/or enough to cover problem areas). We like to use it once in the morning and once before bed. Massage into affected areas for 2-3 mins with each use. And most importantly, be consistent! :)
Q: Can I wash out the serum after application?
A: You CAN wash your hair if it becomes greasy, but only do so after you've allowed the serum to be fully absorbed into your scalp for at least 8 hrs.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: YES! I ship almost everywhere.

You are so right about porosity. I barely moisturized my hair and wonder why it sheds like crazy. I now moisturize twice daily, and couple that with your oil and WOW! I'm cutting my hair tomorrow and I'm so eager but yet so scared at the same time. It's been 4 months of no CHEMICAL!! just braiding and I can't wait to do the big chopp I'm hoping that its at a good enough length and i like it
Makeda James I had to do two big chops one from when i was transitioning then after i damaged my hair from heat, but the one the thing i wish someone told me if you have 4-ish hair the shrinkage is real. Be prepared. Just enjoy it though and learn to love it. Be blessed.

Nia, do you have any suggestions for me? I had locs for 8 years and it really ruined the crown of my head. I've been following your videos and had the big chop a month ago. There's one spot that I don't think will grow back due to chemically texturizing my hair a couple of years ago. I'm using castor oil, massaging my scalp and washing 2x a week. Anything else? If my face was as pretty as yours I would just shave it all off.
Nyota Palmer-Gonzalez I'm we to this natural journey but since I shaved my hair off I started using jamaican black castor oil on my edges (they were bald before my big chop). In 5 weeks the hair has grown in. Jamaican black castor oil will bring you growth. It worked for me
So I big chopped September of last year and from then to about January it was growing out pretty fast. And to style my hair I've been using the curl sponge. I cut my hair again at the end of January but am now realizing that I'm seeing a lot of breakage. Also tons my hair is on the curl sponge. Do you think the curl sponge might have lead to the hair loss you found at your crown? Also do you have any other styling recommendations instead of the curl sponge?

This lady sells hair growth products and since my order in April 2020 from her, the product still hasn’t arrived and she doesn’t respond to questions about why.
I ordered it around May, and it took some time, but it came. I emailed the company too, and nobody responded.

I'm at my 4 month mark too. I'm bored as well. I'm still struggling with dryness; how often do you moisturize, I hope I don't sound crazy but I feel like I'm struggling w/retention. I see growth but I've found split ends. Just curious if you're ran into this obstacles. Thank you for busting out the measuring tape. I'm at 1 inch and never considered myself a slow grower. ☹️
Opulence_prime I was having that problem too. Products just say on my hair and water just ran off it. I found out I was using too much protein and aloe Vera juice. The protein closed my cuticles and my hair was extremely dry. I started mixing my deep conditioner with baking soda to let moisture in. And I had to cut a little off because my ends were split but now it’s getting back normal. Look at the ingredients in your products and do a little research. I didn’t know I had low porosity hair.
