I've already been in contact with one of their representatives twice now, because their background check(s) have come back with criminal records and a tax lien with someone that shares my name (and almost birthday). I've even searched for the person that shares my information online, and downloaded their mugshot and (10 years younger birthday) along with my photo i.d. and said, "look... it's not me....!" And I lost a job in July because of it. The GM welcomed me aboard, photocopied my information and I filled out all the banking information, got put on a tentative schedule for the next week.... and then the background check showed up with all this inaccurate information about "me". I sent an email to the regional manager and HR Department. But they said, that the "computer" generates a score with a basic yes or no... and it said no.
Worst customer service ever, I have been waiting for over an hour on the telephone to speak to someone who could help me with my account, and then the call got disconnected.
ya they have shockingly bad customer service. their is no issue with the wait time, but their agents literally sound like they had 0 training and have no idea what they are doing. one agent told me she would transfer me to the appropriate department without even asking me what the call is about!!!
@@sterlingcheck no, i was told to contact my employer for further information. but i do have to let you know, i called in 3 times in the past 2 weeks, their was no wait time, so thats great. but everytime i called, the agent(s) who picked up literally sounded like they had no idea what they were doing. maybe it was their first day working there, not sure... but 3 agents in a row. not a good look. i mean i called today, and the lady who picked up sounded so lost, could barely take my name down, i had to spell it out like 3 times, then she just told me she would transfer me to the appropriate department and she didnt even ask me what the call was about!!

I have had no response to my email that I sent, so I thought I'd call and see what is going with my background check.
