PRIME P2 Optimization and Upgrade Details
1. Optimization of high-frequency noise issues on P2:
2. Improves playback delay and synchronization issues with drum machines in loop recording mode. Fixes bugs in drum machine sync mode by changing the wireless pedal control for drum machine switch to pedal D, making it effective upon press to enhance real-time control.
3. Advanced fine-tuning mode for parameter adjustment. Press and hold the parameter bar until you feel a vibration, then slide left or right, the parameter will increase or decrease by the smallest allowable amount. Release the finger from the screen to automatically exit fine-tuning mode. (Vibration needs to be manually enabled on some phones).
4. 10 new effect models for OD module
5. Additional 10 new BASS amp models, and 10 new BASS cabinet simulations.
6. Incorporates 30 authorized Choptones guitar cabinet models (CT) within CAB.
7. Increased adjustable range for the tuner base frequency from 430Hz to 445Hz. Adds base frequency adjustment controls to the P2 touch screen interface.
8. Optimization of the Cloud Official Area in the APP. Expands the GNR area with divisions for Preamp and Entire sampling files. Adds quick filter tags to the filtering function.
9． Wireless pedal anti-misoperation optimization: the combination of B and C footswitches entering the "LD" mode requires a pressing of 0.3 seconds to be activated.
10. Modification of Bluetooth Audio Playback. Resolves the phase inversion issue between the left and right audio channels.
************Important Notice***********
Due to changes in the base frequency of the tuner in this update, after updating, it will display 435Hz.
Users need to manually adjust back to 440Hz or reset to factory settings to return to the default 440Hz.
It is recommended to back up your tones before resetting your device.
*************How To Update**************
1. Turn On the P2, connect it to a computer via USB cable.
2. Download and install the latest version of Prime software from mooeraudio.com.
3. Open the editor software, select firmware update to start updating.
4. Wait for a few seconds until it completes, the P2 will reboot automatically.
5. Download the latest Prime P2 APP into your mobile device

Pease add more modulation effects and change the scale of things like the pitch shifter from 0-100 to cents or half notes, I hope to be able to get a bass simulation sound out of a pitch shifter, octivizer and synth so I can have all of the tones I (WE) need. Keep the updates coming! A lot of people online look at the user manual and hope to see what effects are available aside from OD and Cab sims, please add the other effects and their parameters to the user manual so we know it its able to do, it will help your sales if people know it has so much to offer.

My first mooer product, and actually i like it - if just the hardware quality wouldn't be that horrible.... I just sent my second P2 back to the seller and waiting for my third one. The first one I used two days, then the display stopped working. The second one I used about one week, until the display said goodbye.... Unfortunately I don't think this product is build to last. I already read about the bad hardware quality of the Prime P1, and I thought they might have improved it for the P2. This will be my first and last mooer product.
The third device is on the way back to the seller. Had to do hard reset every day because the display stopped working every day. Cheap china toy. Don't buy this crap...

Para o MOOER PRIME P2 ficar ainda melhor , poderiam adicionar as figuras rítmica nos delays e liberar a função stomp , para poder ligar e desligar pedais dentro do patch de efeitos com o MOOER -GWF4 ❤❤❤

This is a great update. The amp models in cloud are excellent! It takes a lot of time to try them all. But, a very good job has been done. Just a little fear because the app for android was released before the firmware 😮. However, i am really satisfied! Some little tips for next upgrades...it would be nice to improve the reverbs and modulations (i.e. a 80's chorus). But i repeat...the ratio quality/price of mooer prime p2, is supreme! For the other users...is there a forum about prime p2?

Only complaint that I have with my Prime P2 is the streaky lines that appear on the LCD screen when the unit is powered on. I’ve never dropped the unit or connected it to an external power supply other than to charge it.
And what about the P1? As usual you create new products and forget the previous one.

What is MIDI command to set Preset number directly?
How to set Looper autosync by default? I dont want to use app when outdoors. Only p2 and footswitch.
Does anyone know how to keep a delay tail going when you change preset? it sucks how it dry completely between presets.
You pushed the android software to my phone 2 days before the new firmware was available making the cloud patches unavailable. Please be more careful next time.

I guess the development these day are pretty similar, no company added cool pitch-shifting functionalities.

Can anyone please explain how to actually do this update? My Mooer Studio program is only showing V1.5.7 as the latest.....

Ok...sussed in now. Its the Mooer Studio Software that contains the update. Mooer....why didnt you tell me this?
I would imagine everytime there is a firmware update, there is also a Studio update....so I need the laptop to perform the update.
Well, I was on holiday (with my guitar) when this update occurred. I was locked out of my Prime P2 until I got back home as I didnt have a laptop with me. The Mooer app on my phone automatically updated and locked me out with a message 'please update firmware with Mooer Studio.'
This whole software thing is crazy. What if I was on my way to a gig and this thing updated?
I wonder now if there are different version of Studio depending on what device you have? Will soon find out as I ordered Groove Looper x2.
That's what happened to me. I was otw to a gig, and was shut down.
To add to that, I've since tried to updated it on 3 different PCs, and all of em say 'device disconnected' so I can't even update.
Can't download mooer studio to download the new firmware. Tried for hours. Now my phone can't be used. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!

When is there gonna be a new update for the P1? Last update is like a year old, if not older
What more would you want them to add? It’s a $100 or so device, that does a lot and sound pretty good. I mainly hate how tedious it is to switch between bass and guitar modes, which is why I’m considering a p2 now that it has bass. But the p1 is fine for what it is as it is now.
@@svenmifysome extras would be great, like the stompmode present on the S1, and I'd definitely love to get the new ChopTones cab IR's, as it seems that they'll not give us custom IR capabilities since it will probably make seem the P2 less desirable; but my main concern is the LD mode malfunction with the external footswitch. It seems to be the case that it was present on the P2 as well, and they fixed it, so I don't know why they won't do it on a product that was released the year prior to this one which shares a lot of capabilities and even the same app.
@@mtus647 I personally don’t use it with a footswitch, I only use it for recording (mostly bass, a little bit of guitar). So wasn’t aware of any issues related to that. If there’s glaring bugs, then yeah, absolutely, they should take care of that.
I've tried to update the firmware of my prime p2 and it's frozen on a loading screen and keeps at 0%. Mooer, is there anybody thag could help me?

@@nickcarrato9309 I have not recieved any response from Mooer so far, however I deleted the folder called "Firmware" of the device and restart the update in another computer and It worked.
