- The Prime S1, is not just a multi-effect pedal. It is an all-in-one pedalboard for guitar effects and tones, looping, and music production, complete with a unique portability-focused design.
Initially, guitarists will be impressed by its 126 internal guitar effects and tone presets, which are editable, sharable, and downloadable through the MOOER Cloud platform, fostering unlimited tonal flexibility. However, these capabilities shine particularly brightly when combined with the pedal's recording features.
This includes a looper module, which facilitates up to 80 seconds of looping, whilst also providing functionality for real-time playback, loop deletion, and overdubbing. Loops and arrangements can also be recorded directly onto a mobile phone or tablet through a USB/OTG cable.
When combined with the pedal's 40 synchronizable drum machines, 10 metronomes, and tuner, these looping and recording capabilities empower guitarists to craft complete musical arrangements within a single unified pedalboard, without the need for studio equipment. All features can be controlled by four simple footswitches, making for a powerfully minimalist user experience.
Whilst MOOER offers several pedalboards that offer similar functionality, the Prime S1 stands out due to its focus on portability. Instead of being powered by a mains power supply, it is powered solely by an integrated lithium battery. This battery is charged by a USB C port, enabling users to charge the pedal with a portable power bank, laptop, or regular USB C charger. The device also weighs just 350g, making it effortless to carry in a backpack.
Whilst the Prime S1 primarily caters to traveling musicians, it still includes industry-standard pedal features, such as a 1/4" input, stereo 1/4" outputs, and an independent headphone output. All of these features are presented in a sleek case and are visualized by MOOER's signature digital LED display, making for an unbeatable unified toolkit for traveling guitarists.

Can it be updated for bass and acoustic like P1?
Awaiting for s2
I already purchased mine
Amazing backing track throughout this presentation! Is it possible to hear it anywhere separately?
I ordered this when i saw the stereo outputs.. but it doesn't seem like there's any stereo effects added to it. I really enjoy my prime P1 but was hoping this would have some features from the P2 like using multiple modulations.
Greetings! I have a question! Does this S1 have the same functions and sounds as the P2?
OMG the AI is MURDER
how many pedal it can stack at once?
dumb question but anyway: the 4 footswitches seem clearly to operate as "preset selectors" so they don't work as on/off switches. in order to get my clean signal do i have to config a blank preset in one of the 4 footswitches? thx
Yes
Is it stereo input?
The first sentence uses "introdure" which is not a word and should be "introduce".
Makes me concerned about the quality of the localization of the product itself.
Is it possible to have two modules of the same kind in the same chain of one preset?
No
@@PDsWorship I have the device and I saw it wasn't possible, that's why I'm asking the manufacturer. I shall write support.
It's definitely possible on the P2, but the S1 seems more similar to the P1 (and it also has the lowest price point of the three).
Can it play music from my device via bluetooth as a backing track?
No, you can connect a phone or other device by wire
Anyone know if this will do Tone Capture like the bigger floorboards? Ta!
No
@@PDsWorship Thank you. But I assume you can still import them from the Mooer site? Cheers, Dean
That AI voice is the deal breaker.
Using ropey AI narration for the tutorial doesn't inspire a great deal of confidence in the product. If you're unwilling to pay a voice over artist for a few hours' work, where else did you cut corners?
For starters- much better to have a human read the voice over - it adds an actual human touch to this
If you watch previous mooer videos, I think it's better with the robot voice over. I mean it. I can't understand the fella.
It would also be better if they could spell better and formulate sentences better without missing words. I think a company at this level should be able to hire someone who knows and speak English well.
Jesus Christ - whoever chose a computer voice for narration needs to find a new job. Whoever signed off on this as the final version also needs to find a new job for noticing how many words were pronounced in this. It makes the product look cheap and nasty.
Yeah, not just pronounced actually even wrong spelling and missing words, its not worthy a company at this level.
No bass, no buy!
m-vave tank-g better)
Can this unit be powered or only battery?
