He would have either died earlier, or just straight wouldnt even become perfect(remember, A16 ripped his tail). Cell would also have never found the androids(since he found them cuz Piccolo was fighting them). The Raditz argument is valid tho. So maybe, Earth wouldn’t even make it that far anyways lmao

Buu could still be awoken since Babadi cant go to Earth, he'd probably go to one of Frieza's planets and steal their energy. We all know Buu wouldve wiped Frieza, unless he has to spit out his evil self for whatever reason, turn super, then that entire galaxy is done for.
