The first 8 seconds of this video should have automatically earned you another 20K subscribers. Great stuff. Some of your viewers may be interested to know that I just got the Weebill S for my Panasonic S1 and Canon 24-70 L II (with Sigma adapter). This is a very front heavy setup and I am having clearance issues as well. Also, given the size and weight of the S1, it does not fully balance and tips forward when the unit is off. However, the motors are so strong that I didn't notice any degradation in performance when shooting. I know I'm taking a hit in battery life and extra stress on the motors, but I'm okay with it at this price point and portability. It's a remarkable gimbal.
another great vid. helped me make the call to get the Webill S. Thanks :) tells us exactly what we need to know none of the BS, no frills, a sense of humor and facts and a hottie. What more can we ask for. Love your work.
Thank you for this review!! Great tip about purchasing the quick release! All the other videos that I have watched have left out this valuable piece of info.
Thank you very much!! I have the same setup as yours, but I couldn't get my 24-70 g master balanced on the gimbal, so I have to switch to the default lens that comes with the gimbal. But now I know what I can improve it after watching your video, thank you very much!
I don't know how you do it, but you're video reviews just keep getting better and better. How much knowledge is in your brain amazes me. You must get lots of headaches !!!!
This will be very helpful! I just received this gimbal this week, so looking forward to this weekend when I can play with it. My first gimbal so I will need to have the patience to get the balance happening!
Can you answer my question please. So in order to connect my phone to the weebill s, do i need to have the image transmittor? So i can connect my phone to do some movement with out the transmitter?
The Zhiyun Quick Setup kit is great. I have several and it makes life so much easier. If you buy a second tripod, you can have a lower grip on the Weebill S and have two handles to operate it.
Checking the "built" part by drumming your fingernails on em. And the singing part, so cute. "It's the most wonderful time of the year" mmm-done! Love your videos.
Thanks for the info, I have Z6 on Ronin SC but as you mention in the video about the compatibility between Z6 andZhiyun Weebill S i am in thinking MODE now :)
...howdy, Kitty!! ...much love from Nashville, TN...thanks to your review [and a couple others but mainly yours!] AND confirmation of the minity [hope you concoct and review one], I have ordered one...finally I am a long time Steadicam/Glidecam/steadycam counterbalance device user so this will be a new thing...
Took some searching on RUclips but if you tweak some settings, you can definitely get the Sony A7R3 camera settings to be configurable through the Weebill S. I had to change a setting from Multi to Single and from Auto to PC Remote.
Hi, Thanks for such a fun, professional video! I have two questions: 1. Do you need to buy the zoom attachment and image transmitter? Especially, do you need the image transmitter to use the app that you were demonstrating when you moved the gimbal via the phone's movement? 2. Are you actually still using this gimbal and how is it's reliability and sturdiness? I've heard that the gimbal has had a tendency to break (locking pins). Thanks again!!!
You could probably add a small weight to the back of the camera so that you can move the center of gravity forward to counter balance the heavy lens and clear up that eye piece clearance issue. Love the review, I definitely want one of these for my z6 :)
Great video! With the phone app, I see you can control the gimbal w the camera motion, can the gimbal follow you if you were to put the phone in your pocket or does it have subject tracking
Try connect your Sony to Weebill S using the micro-USB to micro-USB cable. And then in Weebill S -> select Panasonic. See can it control Av, TV, ISO or not? My setup is Sony A6400 & Sony 10-18mm, and it works. Sound crazy, but it works.
Yay! I was waiting for this review. Purchased and waiting patiently on B&H.... :) Perfect for my A7riii and travel. However, the thing I got out of this the most was that you clearly should have your camera sidekick in every video now, she already has a great personality...and will always be there to dance and laugh at your jokes. :)
Thanks Kitty. Follows on the heels of your Moza Aircross 2 video. Prefer the form factor of the weebil but the Aircross has better support for my Fuji camera. Help me choose - a comparison video perhaps??
Hey thanks for these nice videos, wondering if you would choose this or moza aircross 2 for z6 with 24-70f2.8 lens? I couldn't use crane 2 for too long as it was very heavy with the camera setup above. What would be ur choice?
I have a question. Can you pull focus with this gimbal and the focus weel without connecting the focus motor like you can with the dji ronin sc or do I have to use the motor all the time. I have a Sony a 6400.
Hey - really nice review, and very thorough. appreciated - does this have a track and follow mode on the phone app? i.e. as you move in the room, the gimbal will follow you around? Seen it on some other gimbals and seemed a cool idea.
Learned a couple thing's. Can gimbals be set up to follow whatever the camera is focused on? I just got my weebill s, the record button work's for my a6400. I definitely want a z6 as well.
Apparently if you use the usb C cable with the new Sony’s and set the gimbal to Panasonic it give you control of other settings. ISO, shutter and Aperture as well as the Rec stop/start.
Thanks for the fun review! Would you use this gimbal over the Ronin S on a “Pro” shoot? I still rely heavily on the the Ronin S for buttery footage moving at fast and slow speeds and with complex angles. My main set up is the a7Riii and 16-35GM or 35Z1.4 🤔🙌🏽🔥🔥🔥🎥📷
Every time I go from upright to underslung mode (or vice versa), my gimbal jerks and messes up my footage. Does this happen to you? Can you recommend a solution?
Hello Kitty! kamusta? Question. Will this be good in X-T2 with a small lens like 18mm fujinon? will this gimbal function the same that total light weight load?
Thanks for this. I'm still on the fence between getting this, Ronin S and the Feiyutech AK2000. What do y'all think? I want to use them mostly for filmmaking and music videos; but, I have a light setup(GH5 w/prime lenses). Thanks again.
Hi nice vid, in regards to the video recording you can try selecting canon or Nikon instead of Sony in the camera selection menu, worked for me, to take photos I found that the gimbal will focus by pressing the middle button but so far only the app will actually shoot go figure. Hope this helps
About the eyepiece clearance... Seems you don't use the "Y" lens support at the front, but still have in on with its locking screw. I suggest removing it. Even though it's not much, it may help you in sliding the camera/lens a bit towards the front. Also the rising plate may increase the unbalance effect, as the more things are higher the more they're prone to tilt (back or front)... so keeping an object as low as possible gets its centre of gravity closer to the ground, hence a reduced tilting effect. (am I even clear with my attempt to explain ?) Personnaly I use the great RX10M4 and, on my Crane 2, never had to use the lens support as the lens is fixed. That saved a few grams, just enough to improve the balance, and for that older gimbal (with less back clearance) it's way positive. With my camera, I had the same problem of not controling speed/aperture/ISOs from the gimbal itself. So I used this hack... - connection gimbal-camera with "for Canon" cable (yes, not confusing). - setting the camera "Toolbox" -> "USB connection" -> "Remote (or Distant) PC". - switching both devices off before back on. Try it, that should work. I've not used the Weebill S yet, but both interfaces seem similar... my hack should dissolve the limitation you're facing. Just the gimbal control wheel still remains unusable, sadly, but all other parameters can be adjusted from the stabilizer control panel. And for most sequences with some (or lot) action, it's a delight ! I love your intro, probably the funniest of all tech-tests introductions I've ever seen ! Keep on acting... the award is coming, I'm sure. ;-)

Thanks so much for this in depth but super fun review Kitty :) I really enjoyed it. Keep them coming thanks!
Very useful for someone new to the modes; thanks!
Loved the intro!!! That was brilliant!!!
Roberto Blake yay! Happy you like it
This will be very helpful! I just received this gimbal this week, so looking forward to this weekend when I can play with it. My first gimbal so I will need to have the patience to get the balance happening!
First time seeing you and I already love you, great review!
Finally! The one review I was waiting for!!!!
FYI :
when balancing the gimbal you should do every axis alone
you lock all axis , unlock just one balance it and go to the others
I agree 100%, just got mine recently and using this method you can easily balance the gimbal
Love your video thank you for sharing! I own a weebill-s now and loving it! Very helpful information
Can you answer my question please. So in order to connect my phone to the weebill s, do i need to have the image transmittor? So i can connect my phone to do some movement with out the transmitter?
That was a really fun and informative review! I love that its not dry like so many 'tech' reviews. Plus the great hair color! Awesome for both!
fumeokid awe I appreciate the feedback thank you!
Awesome review ! Thank you Kitty !! 🙏🏽

Weebill s or ronin rsc2 for a a7sii and a sigma 24-70 lens?
Good fun review 👍
I bought one for my Canon 5D Mk IV and I use the Samyang 14mm F 2.8. Perfect lens for it.
I had the same connect issues with my sony . I selected panasonic and I now connect to the camera settings on the Sony camera ...
I just ordered mine today! :-)
that phone feature looks like a lot of fun!
Are you just using the auto-tune settings or have you refined your settings?
Im waiting for my order, i really like the gimbal, but u o my❤️😍 you got a new subscriber😍
Great review. Thanks fam. Phelix 👍🏾
Thx for the love afam!

you're definitely right on that!
Very helpful, thanks. Subscribed.
I thought i needed the transmitter to move the gimbal like that! thats cool
I would like to see a comparison of the Crane 3 and the Weebill S.
Great video! With the phone app, I see you can control the gimbal w the camera motion, can the gimbal follow you if you were to put the phone in your pocket or does it have subject tracking
You did it again! Made me buy another gimbal! Thanks Kitty! 💸💸
hahahha! Well, whatever helps you make that dope content!
Great travel gimbal
Sup Kitty, thank u for this video.. I appreciate your reviews😁
SUP! Glad you found the video helpful! thx for watching
Thanks for the video! which do you prefer, Weebill S or the Aircross 2? Thanks!
I think Jason uses the RC2 quick release plate which helps put some extra weight in the rear
About the record button have you tried changing the Sony camera USB settings to PC remote?
Here for the reviews 📸, doggie 🐶, b-roll 🎞 , but mainly the sweet “mm-done” sign off 😬✌🏻💛 Thanks Kitty...
That camou skin in fireee!

@@atolavisuals Ha, I'm pretty sure a Yumi and Gimbal show would dominate youtube. :)
@@TheCoddiwompler LOL YES!
@@atolavisuals :) :) :)
First person I heard speak of a lock mode (lv) button for that small amount of space to grip. Thanks for the info 👌🏽
yep! super important. glad it helped!
Hello, I want to know if the Zhiyun Weebill lab can perform a sync motion?
Great video thank you. So you're saying the Sony A7iii with the 24-70mm 2.8GM works well on the Weebill-S, so long as you take the eyepiece off?
There is a way to use your sony settings. Switch to pc remote in the camera settings and on the gimbal pick the Panasonic camera.
Thank you Kitty! Where can I get those quick release tripod thingys? :)
Hey - really nice review, and very thorough. appreciated - does this have a track and follow mode on the phone app? i.e. as you move in the room, the gimbal will follow you around? Seen it on some other gimbals and seemed a cool idea.
Id like to know this

Never owned a gimbal. Which should I buy. Weebill s or aircross2. Which is your favorite?
What do you think will be better choice between gimbal weebil S and Moza aircross 2?Great review .You have new subscriber :)
Hello thanks for the explanations! Can you make a video explaining the auto tracking function with the Panasonic Lumix S5, please ?
Thanks for the fun review! Would you use this gimbal over the Ronin S on a “Pro” shoot? I still rely heavily on the the Ronin S for buttery footage moving at fast and slow speeds and with complex angles. My main set up is the a7Riii and 16-35GM or 35Z1.4 🤔🙌🏽🔥🔥🔥🎥📷
I'm deciding between the weebill s or the aircross 2 any suggestions?
which would you prefer, between this and the SC
Great video.
Every time I go from upright to underslung mode (or vice versa), my gimbal jerks and messes up my footage. Does this happen to you? Can you recommend a solution?
Your skin looks like it's done via frequency separation! wow!
Gonna check and see if this will work my pocket 4K and sigma 18-35 😬 Great video as always though!
Hello Kitty! kamusta?
Question. Will this be good in X-T2 with a small lens like 18mm fujinon? will this gimbal function the same that total light weight load?
do I need to purchase two of the quick releases in order to be able to use quick release between both handle locations?
John Cunningham eXp Realty no, 1 is fine for both ports. The quick release mounts to the stick only.
Does it work with XH1? Are you still using the XH1?
Love the intro
Getting it soon! Anyway, I wanna ask is it compatible with the Canon EOS 1200D?
Hello
What software do you use on your smartphone to direct the movement of the optical axis.
Thank you
How are you changing aperture, etc, on your Z6?
Thanks for this. I'm still on the fence between getting this, Ronin S and the Feiyutech AK2000. What do y'all think? I want to use them mostly for filmmaking and music videos; but, I have a light setup(GH5 w/prime lenses). Thanks again.
I think the weebil s or the aircross 2 are solid options in this weight class
