Please can someone tell me how its actually work? I followed all the steps from this video but my boiler is not working it's been one month I am struggling a lot.
Hello Team TimeGuard, Thank you so much for making this very video which is so helpful and easy to comprehend. Please note that I've got Timeguard boiler installed at my apartment. It has three offpeak time sets. 1st Offpeak on is 0530am 1st Offpeak off is 0630am 2nd Offpeak on is 0200pm 2nd Offpeak off is 0230pm 3rd Offpeak on is 0900pm 3rd Offpeak off is 0930pm I will appreciate if you please guide me how to close 2nd offpeak time set so that it doesn't heatup the water to save on the electricity cost. I don't need hot water at this time. Also, how would I know that the boiler is heating the water at any point in time. Is there any indicator to gauge it's mode is on? And how would I know it's not heating the water (not consuming electricity). I assume when it's not heating the water, it is not consuming any electricity right?
I wanted to see what would happen and pressed the Boost button to set it for 1hr and nothing happened?? Is it supposed to heat the water for an hour? I didn't hear anything come on 🤔
Hello, it is possible that the product is in the incorrect programming setting to set the time and date values. Please contact our helpline for support from the technical team via email. Someone will be able to assist you.
OFF will mean the unit is permanently switched OFF for example if you go on holiday and don't wish to amend your programmes to not waste energy. Timed will mean your programmes will run as you have set them.
@@RishishDixit Hi Rishish, current is referred to as electricity, if you need additional assistance, please contact helpline@timeguard.com for further help on this product.
@@OGfreed Hello, if "off peak 1on" shows as 5pm this would mean that the water will begin to get hot from this time onward. If "off peak 1off" shows as 10pm then the the water will no longer be heated by your hot water source.
Hello, this is a economy timer with the option for a manual boost for topping up hot water outside of programmed times. However, the boost can be used as a additional scheduled programme if you wish to make use of that function. so there would be no need to press the button manually. i.e. having 2 programmes vs 1 programme a day without the a scheduled boost.
Excellent video with clear instructions.

Hi, I manually pressed the boost button twice in a day, but the water is still cold, does it mean that the boost function needs more time to work?
Followed this procedure but my economy light doesn’t come on
Any help on that please

I don’t have the option to select the month and day. After I set the year it takes me to a minute timer. My boost light also doesn’t light up.

Beth J my economy button didn’t light up either
Should we keep Timed or OFF ? (asking about big button in left side corner)? Its so confusing why is this button?
OFF will mean the unit is permanently switched OFF for example if you go on holiday and don't wish to amend your programmes to not waste energy. Timed will mean your programmes will run as you have set them.
@@Official_Timeguard so does that mean unit is switched off or does that mean manual program are switched off?
@@RishishDixit yes, it would mean any current would not reach the appliance or load when the switch is in the off position.
@@Official_Timeguard when you say current. does that mean manual?

Plz mine have stopped supplying hot water since today and don’t know how to operate this as I have tried many times and watching the video
Please contact our technical support team via our website. Thanks
How to replace the battery?
how do i turn the auto on from manual?
Hi, simply press the select button from the operating screen (main screen). Timed boost should then be shown on the display.
Can someone give me an easier way of doing this. Off peak means it is on and boiling the water or the off peak is when the machine is off?
Hello, yes that is correct. If you are still having issues programming this product, give our helpline a call someone will be able to assist you.
Timeguard so does off peak mean that the water is boiling and if I set it for example 5pm to 10pm the water will only boil from 5-10pm?
