      If you have access to hand stitching tools (thread and a hand needle) then you could definitely hand stitch it. Will just end up taking a bit of extra time, but should turn out the same :)
      I've never tried it with fabric glue, but I don't see why that couldn't work either. Let me know how you go and what ends up working!!

      Loes Genet yes just tried it myself the circle was too large

    • @TheEssentialsClub
      @TheEssentialsClub  4 года назад +5

      Thanks so much for your feedback! I just remade one to triple check the sizing and my circle ended up a bit larger too, so all I did was shuffle the edges of the headband section in so that it took up less circumference. Otherwise alternative you could trim down the size of the circle to better fit if that's easier. I've updated the pattern to reflect this change. Sorry about that and hopefully it still came together okay for you :)

    • @TheEssentialsClub
      @TheEssentialsClub  4 года назад +1

      Hey! After I filmed this I realised it'd be best to print the headband piece on the fold as well. So it is smaller than the piece of paper I have but when you cut it on the fold it ends up the same size material as mine :)
      Hope that helps!

    Love this! So cute, definitely want to make this sometime soon. Just one question, maybe I missed something, but how did you do the frayed one? Did you just leave the edges of the brim exposed and then wash it? 💖

    • @TheEssentialsClub
      @TheEssentialsClub  4 года назад +2

      Thank you! Yep that's pretty much it. Instead of joining the brim with the good sides facing for the matching panels leave them good sides out and the edges exposed that way it'll just start naturally fraying :)
