Having his son die in the future might make goku go a touch overboard in getting him to a point that he would survive plus the kid having a much more peaceful childhood would probably mean a lot more S cells

A warrior doesn't get stronger from doing nothing.. ( training is good, but saiyans re define by battles, thanks to experience and zenkais)
They need active fighting to grow stronger, s cell just mean more potential, bu if they don't get in battle, how can he improve his power and learn to control it.
Future vegeta story is so well written, You should do a story about what if vegeta survived in future instead of gohan? That would be so cool.

@@AgnesBooth-zu7tw Simple, have Gohan attain Super Saiyan early and try to go fight the Androids. Dying earlier as Vegeta fails to stop him and blames himself. Just barely taking Trunks and Bulma away from the situation as he continues to fight against the Androids. Losing an eye to Android 18 in the process as he ends up fighting them and being spared then nursed back to health by Bulma. Training and blaming himself for Gohan's death and being a harsh Teacher to Trunks. No longer calling himself a Prince out of shame.

Nappa sacrificing himself for Raditz in the future is kinda beautifully ironic due to how Nappa suggested they revive Raditz with the Dragon Balls in the actual series.

Hmm future vegeta, interesting. Not the first time we’ve seen it but still. I’m sure he has at least ssj2 by now, if not 3. This will make the black saga interesting since there’s vegeta trunks raditz and tien left.
If we have vegeta and he scales to future Gohan he should be ssj 2,
Remember that ssj 3 take a toll in the boddy and cannot be sustain.

@@AgnesBooth-zu7tw not really. Ssj2 + kaioken should be more of a toll. I know a lot of what ifs ignore it and I don’t mind when they do, but super kaioken was said to have potentially been lethal both in and out of canon, imagine what ssj2 kaioken even just x1 would do. And future vegeta likely scales above future gohan given that the androids have ssj2 gokus data (yes not canon ssj2 level but by the point he dies goku will likely be far stronger then canon future goku). Ssj3 is a stretch but given the androids would be a lot stronger, vegeta and raditz would have to be well above future gohan but maybe that’s just me.

Yeah the battle went as expected especially with Goku getting Super Sayian 2 he completely destroyed Frizea.
My favorite part is how Tien Piccolo and Kirillin has gotten stronger as well and they were key in taking down Frizea forces
But man I didn’t expect future Vegeta to be here and that Gohan died that’s kind of unique. It’s interesting to see future Vegeta training and spending time with Trunks.
But yeah the Androids are going to be super strong and if they are strong Cell going to be a monster.

I can't wait for part 6. I do hope 16 (Gevo) manages to survive, though his programming makes this highly unlikely. Also more Saiyans means that -Android- Cyborg 20 (Gero) is less likely to escape, which could mean that Krillin does not get the girl, nor even meet her. Would also be kinda neat to see Ranch (or w/e Raditz's kid is named in this story) in future parts, I feel like she tends to help her dad mellow out a bit when she's around.

Yeah, goku being able to take on third form, even 50% final form Freeza at this point seem too extreme, as for the earthlings and arguably Piccolo too, I feel they should have had their potential unlocked to explain them being able to take on the Ginyu force with so little time.
What if Dabura turned good? I can just imagine Dabura fighting Goku Black. He gets stabbed with Black’s Ki Blade. Dabura grabs his arm and pulls it closer. “Oh that’s cute, false god!” Then he spits and turns Black to Stone

Namek will be in the same spot it was before Frieza showed off in the main series, meaning they could easily revived their friends, but what's the fun in that

I really would want to see more in depth what happened in the future and this Vegeta is really likeable i want to see him more but it's unfortunate for Future Gohan.
But with this said Goku may train Gohan to see his power.
I’ve looked and haven’t seen a single what if scenario on it…
What if Gohan’s book on Ki from Dragon Ball Online was Canon? I think a scenario where Gohan uses his smarts to explain Ki from a scientific angle would advance humanity quite a ways. In fact, I could see Xenoverse 2 being canon too, as pretty sure that’s how humans are in Xenoverse 2, as an extension of Dragon Ball Online, which is still active today.
If y’all want to play it, you’ll need a 1080p or lower monitor. A CRT monitor would actually be best here.
What if Frieza never destroyed Planet Vegeta?
What if Goku's pod was transported to Universe 6? (His pod was sucked into a wormhole to transfer him there.)
What if Future Goku helped? (Told Gohan and/or Trunks about the room of spirit and time and came back for 24 hours with the help of Baba.)

Being a martial arts master won't do much if your opponent is twice as strong and twice as large and characters are rarely within 1-2 times each others strength it's usually a large difference except when they intentionally hold back
Except in the Raditz fight where weak characters beat a much stronger one using their ki proficiency

I have a few ideas, some of which are only interesting when you think about it further in.
What if the Elder Kai had a set of Angel Potara from "Ultra Vegito" instead of the normal ones? (in other words, Vegito would be the only permanent fusion)
What if Gine was sent with Kakarot to Earth?
What if Kakarot was sent to Turles?
What if Fat Buu reincarnated into Goku due to Beerus? (Kind of tough to set up, but Buu could simply be revived earlier and destroyed earlier in whatever way you want)
I would have asked about Krillin dying instead of Piccolo in the Saiyan saga, but I think it would be similar to the strongest Piccolo at some point. Rather than that, I'm more interested in something different. My final idea to give here is what if Roshi discovered the Herbs of Immortality when still in the prime of his youth? It would be like a better aligned backstory of the Master Roshi What If from a while ago, but would definitely be different for early Dragon Ball.

Welp, the battle against Frieza and his Forces, ended how I thought it would end, but it was still pretty cool seen how much stronger everybody is here. Although that's going to come back to bite them in the butt now since SSJ2 is now known. 😬 With knowing what happened with Future Gohan, I'm hope this means Goku starts trainer Gohan maybe Piccolo helps, too. 👍 Oh boy, Vegeta about to kill himself. 😆 Anyways another really good part, and looking forward to the next part soon.
