Yes, one astrologer Dhamesh Mehtar use the rule of thumb that planets falling into the other house in the Bhava Chalit chart takes up 30%weightage while the house it is placed in the Rasi chart takes up 70%. But I think James rule of thumb for such planets is that the further away the said planets are from the mid-point of the house they are in the Rasi chart after crossing the boundary of influence, the more they are likely to take on the energies of the previous or next house as detailed in the Bhava Chalit chart as the case may be seems very appropriate.
Thank you both. Loved the video...quite fascinated with Bhava chart. I have 4 planets in 4th house in Rasi chart and 3 planets move to the 5th house in Bhava chart. Wish the video was longer....I would watch it all day :)
Do you take yogas from the Rasi or Bhava chart? For example, if a Trine lord is conjunct a Kendra lord in the Rasi chart that is a Raj Yoga, but if one of the planets moves to a different house in the Bhava chart, is it still present? Likewise, if there is no conjunction in the Rasi chart but then in the Bhava chart, you have a Trine and Kendra lord in the same Bhava, is that now a Raj yoga? Thanks
Mam I feel astrology has so much grey areas, as I know astrology is calculations based on mathematics. 1+1=2 is universally accepted but why different astrologers have different opinion? Let's just take example of ashtakavarga many famous astrologers say ashtakavarga must be seen with respect to rasi chart, but CS patel sir in his book has clearly mentioned it should be checked in bhava chart! So now which should be checked? In this case no wonder why some people are against astrology! I feel astrology would gain its importance only if all astrologers sit down and make a universal rule how it should work! No offence mam just sharing my thoughts :)

Astrology is not a science yet, some day in distant future it may become almost like a science, but it will never be completely science as then astrologers will become God which is not possible.
Thank u so much for bringing james sir. Plz tell him to have his own channel, so we can be enlightened by his knowledge. Thanks to u shardaji.. jay shri krushna. Need to know more about bhava chart and ketu dasha from him.

नमस्कार. क्या power chart का मतलब चलित चार्ट है?
not power chart, "bhava" chart
so which is correct ascendant degree as mid point or ascendant as starting point ?
Mid point for parashari system, start point for Kp system with kp ayanamsha
Sir is there any change in bhava chart if planet is retrograde...i.e 5 deg ascn and Venus retro 26 deg in 5th house then it will give result of 6th 🏠?
What about when the planets stay put and ascendant shifts?

no ... you dont look for yogas in the bhava chart .. cos it's not a substitute for the Rashi Chart
Conjunction and aspects are seen only from degree perspective irrespective of their signs
@@sanjeebrakshit7139 not true. most aspects in jyotish are seen from houses, not degrees.

Rules of astrology, like any science is same. Perception of it is different and will always remain different so the diagnosis will be different.
