Yes you can't change it, yes if it's destiny it will happen no matter what, but awareness can minimize the possible impact to a person.

Rahu and Sun in the 2nd house here. No aspects from other planets but Sun parivartan with Venus. Amazing childhood, lots of travels and exchanges with foreigners, insatiable knowledge for foreign cultures and languages, polyglot, started singing around 42-43 with totally unexpected positive results. There is hope!
Rahu in 2H Taurus, aspected by Mar’s 8th aspect from 7H libra (which is conjunct Saturn 😂 😭).
I think my childhood was stable in many ways, but there was a lot of passive aggressive communications between my parents that did do damage, but that I am learning to heal in my 38th year of life. My Venus is conjunct Sun in 3H Gemini, and aspected by 9H Sag Jupiter. Venus is also my atmakaraka. I think because of all the impact to Venus and Venus ruled houses from malefics, it has put a huge dent in my self worth, and my ability feel like I’m intelligent. Over time and many humbling situations, I’ve shown and proven how intelligent I am, trusting that I’ll be safe when I speak and teach is the next step to healing. I do believe by age 42 I will have found so much more healing.
I am blessed with having ketu in Uttara Bhadrapada (1st pada) in the 11th, along with rahu in the 5th in Uttara phalguni (3rd pada) this lifetime I am here to detach from material desires, balancing the true spiritual divinity with the material, striving for Service to others always. I do not wish for power, only mastery over self.
Rahu represents the subconscious desires. This is probably why Rahu is considered the most powerful Navagraha; because our subconscious influences our life more powerful than our mind (moon), self-conscience (Sun), thoughts (Mercury), pleasures (Venus), Mars (Desires), wisdom (Jupiter) and efforts (Saturn).
Rahu in the 12th here in dhanu rashi. I agree, most of the text book concepts that are there don't match with my case. I think it's giving me unusual yet worthwhile experiences.
I have Rahu & Mars in Pushya in my 12th house & I run a non-profit in the US.
So definitely foreign residence, expenditure from opening a non-profit thru
self funding, but a ton of spiritual growth & hopefully good karma 2🙂

I've Rahu in the 5th house (37:47)in Aquarius (Libra Ascendant). Rahu is with Mercury in Shatabhishek Nakshatra (I am not a healer. I work with accounting and tax law).
Venus is also placed in Aquarius but far from Rahu. Venus is with Sun in Purva Bhadrapada Nakshatra (Sun is in the 1st degree of Pisces). Saturn is placed in the 3rd house in Sagittarius. So, Saturn aspects in trine all those grahas placed in the 5th house including Rahu.
Moon is placed in the 9th house in Gemini, Punarvasu Nakshatra, just opposite to Shani.
Saturn is Rahu's dispositor. The graha with the highest points of shadbala in my chart is the lagna lord Venus. But the 2nd graha in strength is Saturn and Saturn aspects Rahu.

I have my lagna lord Mars, 7th lord Venus, and Rahu in the 12th house in Libra. I can't say I have had a very deep rejuvenating sleep as far as I know since I was born. But since my rahu mahadasha started I am sleeping at 4 am

Sleep problems, i lost 24 lakh rs in a span of 6 months from oct 22- march 23 peak of rahu degree to my lagna degree

I have Rahu conjunct the Sun in Pisces in the 10th. (I actually need help figuring out if Rahu makes any aspects in my chart) My dad is so special to me. He’s been through a lot in his life. He has his struggles and weaknesses, like we all do, but I don’t know where I’d be without him. The 10/4 axis is very strong. I often oscillate between a desire for outward visibility and inner contentment (but Ketu never affords that luxury 😂) As far as career, I’ve heard it comes much later on in life and will often suddenly change with this placement. So I tend to keep my expectations pretty low as far as figuring it all out! (I’m 35 and still don’t think what I’m doing now will be what I’ll be doing 10 years from now) My Rahu dasha doesn’t start until 2036 anyway… 😊
My husband has Rahu in Capricorn 7th house with Venus. It is also aspected by mercury Saturn and sun. i am a Capricorn ascendant. Worldly highly successful and extremely spiritual.

Oh God! You nailed it. My son's rahu in 5th, he is obsessed with money. He is studying medicine but wants to start a construction company. His mother too have rahu conjunct with Venus and aspected by Jupiter from lagna and he is the eldest. All astrologers in india said he will not not complete his education which came out to be wrong.

James Braha read my chart in 1995 and I have Mars and Jupiter in the 12th and he was very negative about it, saying" I don't know what you did in a past life , I don't know but it must have been pretty bad". That stuck with me. I don't feel it is true as I have a good life, true I have had a very good sex life but it doesn't seem to be as negative as he stated 28 years ago.
hello! Recently James published another book(the Braha Sutras)- which updates information from the thousands of hours of chart reading( and detailing increased understanding/revision of certain issues). It would be interesting to see if his comment would be the same in light of his own increased understanding. I bet it would be different-- Just a thought....
He recently was in an interview with Joni Patry and he admitted he’s been learning more and finding out he was wrong on certain things, and that’s why he wrote the updated book

Very helpful. I was trying to apply his views at a personal level. I have Rahu in 10th Pisces. I am aware that Rahu does not like water signs and moksha houses (Pisces being 12th in KPY) and also in the badakesha house, but it has not really helped my career, during its dasha. It is trying to transform and the jury is out. There is only one aspect. Ju (retro) with Ketu in Virgo aspects it. Similarly, my spouse has Rahu in 1th Capricorn. i have never seen her craving for friends or group. If anything, she runs completely the other side

In my own chart I find myself relating to my ketu placement more than my rahu placement and my rahu is placed with sun and mars!.. ketu comes naturally rahu is what we "think we need" aka unrealized desires / the direction life is unfolding and revealing itself

I have been a Vedic Astrologer for 32 years and I read James Braha's book in the 90's. My guides definitely guided me to this video because I went into a Rahu period in the third house conjunct Venus and the Sun in Leo on February 26th of 2022 and it sucks and not one thing Mr. Braha said about Rahu in the third house other than siblings is correct for me. I was attacked by an older brother and he is the biggest demon I have ever known

Also there are always things coming into play, like degree of rahu and also ascendant degree, may be ur rahu is being aspected by lords of 3rd,6th and 12th house etc...

Rahu is in the first house and so is the moon and Mars . Question is about degrees and proximity . Rahu is 11 degrees away from mars but in the same sign . Also aspected by saturn (sextile) but again 13 degrees apart.
also Jupiter i opposition but again 11 degrees apart

I have rahu in 3rd I think this actually fits me except like being on stage I have neptune 3rd also, but most astrologers who use vedic interpretations don't use uranus, neptune and pluto. Virgo is my lagna(ascendant)

I have Rahu in the 5th house conjunct Saturn..i have NEVER hankered or cared for money or power and thats because of Ketu in the 11th..the birth of my child was delayed because of Rahu Saturn conjunction in the 5th but not denied because of the blessing of Jupiter with his 5th aspect from Lagna..neither am i obsessed with money nor is my child famous as Braha wants us to believe..i dont agree with Braha's interpretations..rather Rahu with or without other malefics specially in the 5th house of purva punya points to carryover karma from previous lives
Yes rahu in 5 Th can cause delay in childbirth or maybe use of assisted reproductive techniques like Ivf but I too think that people with rahu in 5 house can be quite detached and selfless not at all obsessed with power or money there is a hidden spiritual side which only some souls can see
