I can attest to this. Ketu is exalted in Scorpio so that naturally makes sense
Jupiter as well. I have ketu in first house conjunct moon by 5 degrees (aries lagna) and Jupiter in 8th house in scorpio. The Universe shared with me some very deep metaphysical knowledge. But i still struggled a lot in my life, so it might be not beneficial for worldly purposes

Pisces Ascendant here and Jupiter Retrograde in 4th house Ardra. Ketu is next to it
what does it mean "ashlesha is the birth place of Ketu" ?
There are some inaccuracies in this presentation. There's no such thing as 'no planets doing well in Scorpio.' There's also no such thing as 'destroying energy in a past life.' Lastly, Virgo is certainly *not* the best place for Ketu to be. The nodes are best on the Taurus/Scorpio axis for a reason -The Nakshatras will give you a hint.
There exists malefic influence from past life. James is correct.

My experience is that astrologers only give this amount of chart interpretations in RUclips videos, not when you pay them for personal chart readings.
I think astrologers often they think you won't know the difference, and interpretations to this degree are a lot of work.

About the Kamala Harris, I was taught that in the bava cusp chart you never count aspects to other houses like you do in the D1. Isn’t that true?

Why do you need a remedy for that?
I have Jupiter tightly conjunct ascendant but not much luck. Saturn is in the first house too that’s why.
