There's no way it'd happen (they've already added another DC character), but the Flash would be really cool, and he'd have some pretty obvious alts like Reverse Flash.

Any DC character would be pretty high priority. Flash is coming eventually
Going series-by-series
Arya, like you said, could have armor
For Finn, you could give him either a hatless variant, or one from Farmworld, Jake could have one of Jermaine, or the Gut Grinder
Rick & Morty both have a few that were datamined but never added, but respectively for both that haven't: Willy Wonka Rick & Cop Morty
Steven & Garnet are tough, since I also haven't watch it, but I could see Steven's outfit from the episode Familiar. As well as Garnet having one of Ruby & Sapphire, with Sapphire on Ruby's shoulders or something.
For all the DC characters, obviously their first incarnations, but also: Bruce Wayne & Clark Kent, Movie WW, Harley Quinn from her series, Cloaked Black Adam & any of the Movie Jokers.
Bugs, Taz & Marvin could all be from their near century long history, same with T&J
Stripe & Gizmo are tough as well, though Stripe could have a variant for the Flasher Gremlin
Shaggy & Velma could have their Movie versions (both Live Action & Scoob), Mystery Incorporated, Velma (Series)(if they wanted to be funny), Be Cool Scooby Doo, etc.
For the recently teased PPG, just give them The RowdyRuff Boys, or their PPG-Z designs
and Reindog is...he's Reindog.
For LeBron, I'm thinking Michael Jordan

Here's an idea for batman skins.
Have his skins be the batfamily. Nightwing, Red Hood, Red Robin, Bagirl, Orphan, Spoiler, Robin, Batowman, Batwing, Signal, and probably others

I literally suggested variants for all the DC characters. I will admit I didn't watch too much of the old cartoon network shows. Also, hatless Finn with all of his hair would be great

Black adam: shazam with different voice lines of course as they shown they can give costumes their own voice lines
Jake the dog: joshua his father or at the very least his hat

Stripe: different gremlins hell one of the gremlins designs from the second film would be cool

Superman: bizarro or the classic superman design as you said in the video
Batman: personal fan of batzarro cause i love bizarro variants of characters but any of the movie designs would be sick
