I've had 6 in the last year, but sold 3 and sent 1 back before paying the rest of it off(mapex saturn) because it was defective. So as of now, I got 2 kits, the red yamaha tour custom, and surf green yamaha stage custom. Thanks for the kind words too man.🤘🥁👊
Also I went went through so many kits trying to figure out which ones were best for me, I'm pretty set now on the 2 I got, one birch, one maple. Happy drumming.
It's never an overnight decision. Took me around 6 months before I made the final decision to get my Mapexes. Hope everything keeps working out for ya with those :D
Best QC from my experience: Sonor, TAMA, Yamaha. Those companies are QC obsessed because they stake their reputations on it. I’m looking at a Brooklyn rn. Gretsch can be hit or miss, but we’ll see. Why was the Saturn defective?
