9:46 John is talking about Todd Youth here. Todd was thought to have died from drugs, but his bandmate, Jimmy G, from the band, Murphy's Law, stated in an interview that Todd actually died from a head injury. Todd had troubles with his woman, drank and fell, causing damage to the head.
