Kelly the goat as usual. I feel the commentators weren't as cheerful and enthusiastic when it came to Ramzi.
His first barrel was great but yeah he fell, and how deep he was on that second barrel : that was absolutely EPIC.

If the tour was in great waves every event Kelly would still be on tour as one of the last heavy weights.
If by "great waves" you mean just barrel riding every event, then no thanks. It's world surf tour, not world barrel riding comp. I like events like this, don't get me wrong, but I also want to see them on waves where they have to make turns. Personally I find carves, snaps, cutbacks etc...more interesting than barrel riding. I even don't mind seeing the odd events in mediocre waves because I love seeing how they shred waves that I'm usually surfing. Gives me motivation.
The WSL should represent a variety of surfing skills and not just one thing.
Great to see Kelly judged fairly after years of being ripped off.

Hey great job from the "Goat" ! Also as a viewer consistantly watching the WSL and other youtube surfing channels / vlogs etc... Im gonna throw myself out there for everyone to think Im st-pid. Anyway, it makes me cringe when I hear the term "dry reef" when it in fact isnt dry at all . Its actually still under water most the time this term is used. Even when you can actually see some of the reef starting to "expose" itself out of the water, its still wet. Could we all start refering to this as " exposed reef" ?? Its a way more accurate description and would make me be able to sleep at night. Please , no more " dry reef " description used in the commentary! Thanks giys!🤙🤙

The quality of commentary is so bad, its not even properly spoken English. No offence WSL, but listening to Caipo firstly stumble his way through a sentence, then Jesse whos about maybe only 80% proficient, is tough to listen to.

No matter how famous or successful someone is, it doesn't give them a pass on responsibility regarding kids. The comment above is a fact. I totally get your reply about the negative aspect, but in reality, there is no way to say that without it impacting anyone.
I'm not judging Kelly, and I don't know the situation and things that caused the decisions to be made that made this happen. ( I'm going to go and read up about it. ) What I will say is that I hope that somehow that bridge is repaired and both Kelly and especially his daughter find a way to a positive place with this.
Kelly is a legend, that is without doubt. Hopefully, his daughter will have the same strength, drive, and character to get to the place she deserves. Have an awesome one everyone. Peace.
