Can it count circles, or perhapse cells if its was a microscopy image~?

I just tested now with the same input image (9circles), but GPT4V detected 27. (3times-trial same result).
It seems GPT4V detected same circle as multiple circles, maybe because of raster image. If they start recognize pdf or vector data, it will be so interesting.
