I think we call them grass skirts. They’re a Polynesian/ Pacific Islander thing as is a lot of the pack and I think that’s what you mean when you bring up Moana or Lilo and Stitch. I think they’re worn primarily as costume for performances and aren’t literally made from grass and different pacific peoples use different materials. Most of this was just wiki stuff so sorry if I’m wrong 😅
This makes me want the pack even more. I think I will make either a purple mermaid. Or my number 1 favorite Disney Princess Ariel. And the best thing about her is that she was a mermaid. Which is what I love about her the most. And she is the only Disney princess that got to live in the ocean. I remember making Ariel in my Sims 3 game.
I can hardly wait for this expansion package and I want to call my sim ariel 🤗 she was also one of my favorite disney figure when i was a kid I am really enthusiastic about this island living package I wish it was already Friday 😁🤣

But I hope I can recolor the mermaid tails in the pack. When I saw how the mermaid's tail was going to be. I already had some recolors in mind. I just hope I can recolor them.

I wish the new island aspiration was named "Island Life" instead of "Beach Life" Since it matches City Living's "City Life" aspiration. Not a big deal though, since they mean the same thing...

One thing I don't get about sims content all together is sometimes they make lovely hairs, but it has an accessory like that flower crown hair here, or the vampires hair with roses or the city living bun with the chain. I don't get why they don't also include a version of the same hair without the accessory not only would it be simple but it's more items.
