You can get expansion slots in Pirate Stations. The place ti on the main floor, a little shack on it's own with nobody there, just a rectangle to click to get your upgrade.
I just learned that when upgrading your storage slots you can choose the slot that you want to upgrade 🤦🏻♂️ I have so much storage on my exosuit but the same starter amount of tech slots 😭
Early game Mistakes you can have more than one multi tool so not needing as many expansion slots. You may also have more than one ship fitting them respectively for your needs. Best Nannos to get is from abandon buildings you can get 1,200 reliably if you build a base there they will respawn so you can hit them multiple times. Number one early game mistake that I make is buying or unlocking things when you get them free playing missions.
I think an early game mistake is to hold out for that A or S class freighter. Just grind some sentinel ships to scrap and you'll be a billionaire before you know it. Then just buy the higher class freighter.
Hello I’m pretty new to the game, how would one scrap a sentinel ship? Idk if it’s a different kind but all the sentinels I’ve come across just blow up when I destroy their ship
I agree with making your own caves. But from my experience, while it doesn't re fill in with the ground. It will only from a distance. Basically the game has to remember you've actually built in the open spot.
Yeah i never build on terrain that iv manipulated . The game always forgets that i shaved the ground away or made a tunnel, so when i come back the ground is back to where it was before and my base can’t be accessed
@@FabulouslyTerrifyingEnt yeah the bigger issue though is other players . When they go to a place that’s been terraformed , it won’t register. I went on the hub coordinate exchange to find cool bases and when i went to one and used a teleporter , it put me in an underground room but the ground was still there so i got stuck
@@FabulouslyTerrifyingEnt oh man you gotta check out the middle of the first galaxy. Most of the planets closest to the center have bases on them. I found a night club , and then built a little vacation lodge nearby to compliment the club
Beginner pro tip here because no one told me. Message beacons are bugged. If you drop one in your base it's permanent and will ruin that base. Sux if you found an ultra rare paradise planet portal with bioluminescent grass and gravity storms. It took me 6+ hours of jumping to find another similar one.
Push down on the d-pad, like you do to summon your ship, then scroll along to the utilities tab then push up on the d-pad and select your other multitool.
You can sell them to the different NPC stations on one side of the space stations, and you need to scrap a ship which is worth at least 40 million to get Starship AI Valves if I recall
Commenting because NO ONE goes over this in any of there tips and tricks guides. But once you are chased by sentienals don’t expect to run away so easily just saying once you kill them they keep coming back over and over and over and over and over and over and on I had to go into the ground and hide to get away just to let someone else be informed
Man all of these tips are “duh” moments. You’re basically saying you are making a big mistake by not playing the game. None of this is actually helpful and all of it is spelled out in game.
A lot of the things he explained I didn’t even know you could do in this game, this is a video for beginners. If you found everything as a “duh moment” then you’re not a beginner
What’s the current meta for a lot of quick money? When i started we could crash economies and glitch the system so it would insane returns but they nerfed that. Now i just dupe stasis devices and stuff like that. But for legit players how would you suggest they make money
Legit ways would be to mine resources on a large scale.. e.g. activated indium. Farming on a large scale is another option, but quickest is what you've been doing.. duplicate the most expensive resources
@@BunkzGaming sounds about right. When we could crash economies i started by farming about 400k worth of indium then just went from there buying and re-selling it in the crashed economy’s system

Thanks helpful info 👍
I started this week. We can have more than 1 multitool?
And how do i swap between ships?
@@leonardocarvalho2573 it's all part of the directional down HUD like when you recharger something or when calling your ship
Is there somewhere you can find all the stuff you unlock through missions? I've tried but no search I've done gives me that info.

I think using "Upload all" instead of doing them one by one is crucial. Cheers and thanks for a great video!
I love this game so much! Thanks for this video.
You get additional new exosuit expansion for each system if you spawn anomaly and go to the back.
After watching so many guides, this one is actually useful!
Glad you found it useful 😁
