Very professional, after watching this vide i repaste same model with Thermal grizzly LM and easly get stable 4.50ghz with stable 75-85c.

You should have given the fans a thorough clean.
You can see there was still lots of dust and fluff in the fans.

Check out the Honeywell PTM7950 phase-change material is more thermally conductive than the best paste.

What do I do if I stripped the bolt to take out the fans ?

I would safely glue that making sure it cures before assembly. unless a new replacement part is available

Will this work for a newer model 17 r4? I have one with a 3080 gpu. CPU fan went out and I have a replacement, wondering if this video is a good guide for it :D
