Something about seeing and hearing a vintage race car...just beautiful
Im 13 and really respect old race cars like this. Love them all, amazing.
Ur 20 now feel old yet ?
@justforever96 Found out what the "PMC-S" means: it's a leftover from Prince, the company that actually designed the Hakosuka and the S20 engine before Nissan bought them out. Every GT-R had a plaque on the dashboard that read "PMC-S", for "Prince Motorist Club Sports", and that was transfered to the race versions exteriors as well (On the Hot Wheels version, it says "JUN-S" as a nod to the guy who created the toy version, Jun Imai).
0:51 made my cry
great car and excelent sound!
Beautiful!
Bad-ass Gan-san
who would ever dislike such a thing?
This car entered1973 fuji1000km race .
PrivateGT-R racer
Not nissan works.
but engine is works specification.
Oh god...
My 1974 MGB GT is nothing compared to the Hakosuka...
I need one in my life.
Grandfather of gtr's
Classic
Hot wheels made a 1/24 scale version of this car :D freakin awesome
I think you mean jada Jdm tuners made one
Nothing like a S20.
Just a curious question. Did the 2000 GTR ever compete in rally racing?
My favorite car although my photo is a lancia
@SiblingSquabbles Sure you don't mean 1/64 scale? I've never heard of a 1/25th scale hot wheels. I just got a 1/64th scale 1971 Skyline, and it looks just like this, down to the oil cooler and headlight covers, only the markings are slightly different...they are green, not yellow, it's No. 17 not 52, and it says "JUN-S" on the red panel on the rear quarter, not "PMC-S". Strange that the package said "Skyline H/T 2000GT-X", which isn't as fast as a GT-R. I'm guessing "H/T" is "hardtop"
damn that thing is loud 0.o
Yeap.
@justforever96
ah dude i got the same one x.x idk why i said 1/24. i meant 1/64
So are these like standard marking for a certain race series? Nostalgic racing, or something? Are the letters on the rear quarter panel like an ID code, sort of like they use on aircraft? Sounds wonderful, anyway!
Works race cars all scrap.
This car is a private race car incorporating works parts. So it was extant.
Ppl that dont respect classics =)
Sadly not :\
because the person who disliked this either owns a ricer or a new car that is all electronics... they dont understand the pure engine sound. i own a e30 so i know what its all about. auto industries really are going down hill :(
well arent you special
