I was so thrilled to meet Sonny. He performed at the Union Center Bash in West Chester, Ohio. He was so amazing and extremely talented. He autographed his CD, for me, and I have a picture taken with me that I’ll always treasure. RIP Sonny. You were gone too soon and missed by so many!
Wow! Never knew Terry Knight and the Pack became Grand Funk Railroad! Used to hurry home from school, get Cleveland Press Showtime, and check out what bands were playing that weekend. Raspberries, James Gang, Outsiders, Climax, Michael Stanley...so much talent from and playing in Cleveland. St Stans CYO was a favorite. Cover charge $1 for four hours of live music.

I saw Sonny when he was with his old band The Outsiders when they toured with The Gene Pitney Show on 5-17-66 at Salina,Kansas"s Memorial Hall. I remember one girl getting a bit wild and she almost pulled Sonny off of the stage. Thanks to the police that girl got kicked out of the show for bad behavior and Sonny remained safe I'm glad to say. Thanks for sharing the video. Christine Klinger
That was awesome, thanks alot! It would be a dream come true to meet him. The Outsiders and especially Climax are huge favorites of mine. Thanks for mentioning other songs by Climaxc. They had about 30-35 recorded songs and all of them were AMAZING!
It was wonderful seeing Sonny perform and meeting him afterwards. He signed his CD and my picture was taken with him. I wish I would’ve gotten to talk to him more. He was so very talented and definitely a class act! RIP SONNY GERACI. You were loved and are missed by so many.
Used to love listening to "Happening Live" with all the screaming girls. My fave on the album was Good Lovin' by James Brown. Sonny was a good screamer.

Sonny never forgot where he came from. He isn't arrogant. He's down to earth and genuine.
