朱 sir lemon Rosemary 焗雞
1.2 kg chicken
Dry marinade: (use 1/2 only)
1. 1 Tbsp chicken powder
2. 2 Tbsp salt
3. Sugar 1/2 Tbsp
4. Black pepper 1/2 Tbsp
5. Onion powder 1 Tbsp
Butter
6. 80g butter - softened at room temp
7. 2 sprigs rosemary leaves
8. Zest of some lemon
- Butter rub between breast / skin; outside and inside chicken
- 1 Tbsp garlic
- 1 Fuji Apple cut in dice
Veggies bottom of tray:
Capsicum
Onion
Dash of olive oil, salt and black pepper - to season the veggies
Cherry tomatoes
Garlic - cut in half
Bake 180C for 40 min
Brush with Honey at 40 min
Brush with honey at 50 min
Bake 220C for 15 min
Total 65 min

朱sir計錯時間,如果40分鐘+ 50分鐘+ 15分鐘,應該等如105分鐘
@@jaclynyoung895 没有算错,是您误解意思了,他是说当40分钟时涂一次,当到了50分钟时再茶一次,然后用220度热它15分钟,总共是65分钟完成,注意他的是1200g的全鸡,重量再高的话,可能需要久一点☺

I always made roasted chicken. As an alternative, if you don't like to add apple stuffing, you can add anything you like such as chestnut stuffing, mushroom stuffing etc.

我成日覺得平時啲焗雞唔夠味,但用呢個食譜隻雞本身夠味之餘,焗起仲有個好靚嘅汁(蔬菜同牛油嘅汁),perfect
