12:17 for this part you could remove the sawblades on top of the actual forground, disable rotation and give them a new group, then make them zoom in from the right, lock to player x, and slowly go towards the left. thats just my opinion but this looks really cool :)
I think it would look better if he turned down the opacity of them to say, 0.60, and then add a black glow that goes over it! he should also make the background pillars bigger imo

Then you can go to “filmstaden” in middle of uppsala! Unfortunately I don’t know a lot about Stockholm since I don’t live there. Anyways enjoy your stay!
