i mean people have different ways of resting before a tournament or match for a extreme example todd hutching trains almost every day until the match and only takes 1 or 2 days off for rest at most.
Hello, from Sweden. I'm a beginner, and i tried this execise, but I drag with my lats, try to keep wrist and angle. are your way of doing it better, static and tight and lean back?

There's no better way it depends on your style and anatomy, so if you have shorter arms you might want ro use draging top roll, but exercises you have to mix up
Am doing arm wrestling since 2020 summer time. And my max on back pressure is 64kg for one rep, is it good for 16 months of arm wrestling. And whats your max on fingers
i have a doubt.... back pressure is useless if we loose our pronator... so is it better to do back pressure with active pronation(means placing a cloth between the strap and hand like engin pronation training)... what's ur thoughts?

Of course doing one exercise is not enough, you need to do all variations. This one is the best to isolate exactly backpressure. Obviously you need to train your pronation and hand just as hard if not harder.
Find the best approach for every exercise, train in positions you find yourself during armwrestling match!
Wow so close to the tornament and your still lifting damn big. Exciting.
This was on Monday so not that close 😁
