    You don't have to actually tie up the gas tank. You can do it by yourself, but suspending the tank or having someone help makes it a bit easier.

    Thanks bro, I don't have to do mine quite yet only 5k miles but always nice when there is a video on it. The one thing I'm not looking forward to is the valve adjustment on the inline 4. I did it myself without much trouble on the CBR500R but it was a lot different, the 500R is a simple shim over bucket design. But I just don't trust dealers. Ive seen what they can do or in a lot of cases not do and say they did.

      +RevToTheRedline Thanks for watching man! I hear you on the valve check. I'm planning to attempt it myself when it's due, to save money and to learn something new. Plus, if you want something done right, do it yourself!

    Fucking hell, Honda. Such a pain in the ass for a simple filter change.

    Hi, I have a request where can I find a breaker for the direction indicators? I have to replace it with an electric one because I changed the lights to LEDs and they flash quickly. I have CBF650 should have the same electronics. I know that you are ticking near the tank and now I have to undress it or is it enough to take off the plastic bulb? Thanks in advance for the reward.

      I'm not completely sure what you're asking, but it sounds like you need to add a resistor somewhere. The fuses are all under the seat.

    can you do a spark plug vid?

    • @BurntOnBothEnds
      @BurntOnBothEnds  7 лет назад

      Check out my valve check video. I changed my plugs while doing that, so I won't be due again for a while. I sort of show how you access the plugs there: it isn't super convenient.

    Did you happen to see the ecu when you lifled the tank i wanted to post mine away for a retune and not sure where its located

    • @BurntOnBothEnds
      @BurntOnBothEnds  6 лет назад

      It's under the tank but farther back. I wasn't paying attention to that area at the time. But if you need a picture from the manual, let me know. What kind of thing can an ECU flash/tune do?

      Burnt OnBothEnds mine has learner restrictions so it is restricted via the ecu some kind of gear based restriction. I have full throttle movement but when the bike climbs in revs the power stops increasing one it reaches 47hp or so. So my top end power is pretty much not there. The fash tune will remove those restrictions

    Is this how you get to the spark plugs aswell?

    • @BurntOnBothEnds
      @BurntOnBothEnds  7 лет назад

      Yes. There are more steps after this, but you need to remove the air box to access the spark plugs. I haven't done it myself, but just checked my service manual. Thanks for watching.

    Yea.. I cracked. My air box because of that deep screw... didn't know it was down there

    • @BurntOnBothEnds
      @BurntOnBothEnds  8 лет назад

      That one definitely surprised me. Did you just tape over the crack or did you have to replace it?

    • @blackfocusfilms1534

      No ... I melted the outside and indside and it rejoined itself...
