This story explains a lot! 🤣😂 Seriously, you were very lucky. Was this course BrownSea 22? I took that course in 1976 at Camp Lea in the Palmetto Council. It was one of my fondest memories of scouting as a youth. The closest I've come to this experience was peeing on an electric fence, that I didn't realize was there, during a game of capture the flag in the dark on a troop camping trip. It lit me up in all the wrong places. 😲
..i've worked many jobs in the rain, especially oil rigs. the saying goes- it don't rain in the oil field. lightning tho, we shut down. nobody likes working on a lighting rod...
