The Continuous Winding Drill

In this video, Ottawa Swordplay head instructor Craig, assisted by instructors Sean and Marla, demonstrate continuous winding drill. This builds on the Endless Winding video, so check that one out first. The continuous winding drill is cooperative and competitive activity that helps practice gaining control of the bind, selecting techniques in response to an opponent, and reacting without pause.
This video was filmed following the public health precautions required for video production in Ontario during the April 2021 shutdown.
