A good percent of boys can still grow until 18, and some can grow after that. It just depends on ur parents heights and when u started puberty. If ur still growing then ur likely to be above 6ft

5'11" to 5'9"? My advice to you is to enroll in a stretching class, do yoga and start eating more calcium-loaded foods. ASAP. Also: Biosil (liquid) is good for bones. More green, leafy vegetables, organic soy beans (inc. organic tofu), more nuts --- especially almonds. Stop drinking alcohol, cut sugar out of your diet, altogether (no sodas). Sounds harsh, but I've done it and I stopped shrinking.

Hi, Rob, I saw on the youtube channel that the method with the spray tube gives a lower result by 0.5mm than the method with your measuring device. Is it universally valid? And if so, why?
The can method in my experience is usually quite accurate if the length of the can is at least 8 inches and the object sits flush and is touching the mid point of the head. If it's off-centre, then you could undermeasure a mm or 2. Also you need to remember to pencil mark as close to the can as possible and when holding the tape, your height is the highest point of that pencil line.
The last time I got my height measured at a stadiometer was during evening time, and I got 5 ft 11, so do you think if I get my height measured right after I get up I'll be able to reach 6ft? 🤔😁
Well everyone shrinks differently and it also depends how long u have been up for when getting ur evening measurement. But for typical 5’11 folks u might wake up 5’11 ¾ first thing out of bed

It really can vary from tight cuts giving 1/8th, to more fluffy or spiky styles giving 1-1.5 inches. Some of the 70's / 80's hairstyles were even thicker.
I am going to conduct an experiment to reach my absolute extreme height. I will stand for 24 hours straight, during which I will carry a weight of 35 pounds on my back for five hours and then walk for five hours. When it's almost time for the measurement, I will lift a weight of 123 pounds three or four times. Would that be enough to know my absolute height?
Ok this is just obsession lol, standing 24 hrs no sleeping and carrying weights just to find out ur extreme low which is probably not much lower than ur typical low, trying too hard man.

Most high tops can fit up to 1.5 inches but anything more than will be very uncomfortable and plus af1s already give 1.2 inches, so if u need lifts id recommend no more than an inch.
You need to really loosen the laces, but yeah I talked about it in another video and how stuff like Converse can accommodate big lifts than a standard dress shoe allows.

If u have good proportions, posture, then most people will guess u to be 6’1. And add in thicker shoes some might overestimate u to be 6’2. Most people in public will overestimate by an inch anyway
i wear mine all the time and although mine are quite used they add just under an inch, 2.1-2.2 cm when i measure myself. I bet fresh out the box it might be a whole inch

He hardly looks 5'7" in shoe lifts. Most of the time in shoelifts he can look as tall as anywhere in the 5'9"-5'10" area, that's most likely with lifts or custom-made elevator shoes. I think 5'7½" range looks more likely.
I’m 6’2 and my eye level is 5’10 1/4. I do have a small head so that’s probably why. People tend to think I’m taller than I am & I tend to underestimate people’s heights due to this.

If I was genuinely 6'0" or 6'0.25", like woke up 6'0.75" or 6'0.5" and dropped to 6'0.25" or 6'0" midday or at a low, I'd still claim 6'1" because if you claim 6'0", people will most likely think you're 5'11". 6'1" just sounds 10x taller also for some reason. Oh, and in shoes, you're 6'1" anyway; and most guys add 1 or 2 inches also so what's half an inch or 3/4 of an inch.

All those converse/vans/skate sneakers will be 0.5-0.75 range.
Yes, it's could be considered a smaller footwear, tough. And thick running shoes that gives you 1.25 inches is considered a bigger footwear.

@@duckduckgo924 Turkey average is 173-174, but ingeneral across Europe the average height is around 177cm. so 179-180 would be above average. Only a few countries in Europe are taller than 180. Like Scandinavia region, Netherlands, Denmark or Germany to name a few

sorry to say this rob but the air max 720 is no longer the nike sneaker that adds the most height, its now the Nike Air Max Scorpion which apparently comes in at 4.3cms rather than the air max 720s 4.1

Well tbh he hasn’t tested all air maxes yet, there are a few other Nike shoes thiccer than the 720s. Scorpions add around 4.5 cm

Rob, do you think Tom cruise could be 5'5, he wears shoelifts and elevator shoes all the time so if in elevator shoes he's 5'7 then without them he must stand at around 5'5
He hardly looks 5'7" in shoe lifts. Most of the time in shoelifts he can look as tall as anywhere in the 5'9"-5'10" area, that's most likely with lifts or custom-made elevator shoes. I think 5'7½" range looks more likely.
5’5 seems too short for him even tho he does wear lifts alot, but most of his lifts bring him to 5’10. I think 5’7 to 5’7 ½ is his barefoot height

I’m 6’2 and my eye level is 5’10 1/4. I do have a small head so that’s probably why. People tend to think I’m taller than I am & I tend to underestimate people’s heights due to this.

Yeah he's been consistent, his first acting resume had him put 6ft as his height too.
Very honest then. If I was genuinely 6'0" or 6'0.25", like woke up 6'0.75" or 6'0.5" and dropped to 6'0.25" or 6'0" midday or at a low, I'd still claim 6'1" because if you claim 6'0", people will most likely think you're 5'11". 6'1" just sounds 10x taller also for some reason. Oh, and in shoes, you're 6'1" anyway; and most guys add 1 or 2 inches also so what's half an inch or 3/4 of an inch.
