NOTE: The 2024 Geo Pros WILL be built with AZDEL. There have been a few questions about this due to some of the graphics not using the AZDEL name specifically, but on the unit there is a sticker indicating walls are made from AZDEL.

Hey Dave great walk through as usual but a great recommendation at the end when wrapping up with the weights a mention of the CCC would be a welcome addition.

That’s a good suggestion. I try to be thorough in the videos and that would be a good addition for sure. Thank you!

We are considering this 19FDS to replace our old trailer. Our local dealer doesn't have one in stock so we've been looking at these reviews on YT. One big concern we have is the apparent low amount of storage space inside this unit. There's only one storage area under the kitchen sink to put pots, pans, kitchen knives, etc. which will be limited by the sink drain lines. There is some good storage in the cabinets over the dinette for plates, cups, etc. but that's it. It looks like there is no storage under the dinette seats as that's taken up with the electrical load center and furnace. No space to put your kitchen/dining trash other than a small trash can under the dinette table. And there is zero access under the bathroom vanity cabinet from inside the unit. Access to the bathroom with the slide closed is not that big a deal to me - either prop the door open while traveling or replace the door with a rod and curtain. Another thing we were concerned with was access in and out of the unit with the murphy bed down but your video is the first one we've seen that actually shows how much space is available - that works for us. Nice video - only suggestion would be to show how much storage space is available is each interior cabinet

So we bought this exact travel trailer and here's my take. First of all, we love it for what it is! Keep in mind, these smaller campers with slide out kitchens almost always involve sacrificing cabinets. But it's so worth having the extra space to walk around each other that we don't mind! In fact, I've found that every camper under 22-23 feet has something sacrificed for any given layout. That said, you have several shelves above the dinette to store a few pots and pans. You also have several outdoor storage compartments to use for this as well. For a camper designed for two people, you really only need 4 pieces of cookware. One medium/larger pan, a small pan, a sauce pan, and a pot. As far as knives and kitchen utensils, put them in a crock on the countertop by the sink. In a trailer of this size, you have to get creative for storage ideas. We also utilize our truck for space. We put our trash in a small bag in the cabinet below the sink. It just makes sense to put it there. It's a small space but for two people, we don't have lots of trash or "stuff" in general so it works for us. Trash wise, what we accumulate from things like paper plates, napkins, etc., we throw away daily at the camp sites or at gas stations. If you haven't bought this one yet, I recommend!

Another great walkthrough Dave, nice layout, but the inability to use the bathroom with the slide in has got to be a dealbreaker!

We have this camper and it's not a big deal at all. For us, we are only using the trailers bathroom when at a camp site so when pulling it during travel, it's not a concern. But if for some reason you are traveling long distances or remote and want the use of the bathroom, you just prop the door open ahead of time. Problem solved!

Very nice, Dave. I noticed the removed the amber exterior light. Is the freshwater dump still behind the drivers side tire? Looking forward to my trip!!

Yes, I'm not sure what motivated them to remove the amber light. On this unit they have the freshwater dump under the pass thru storage, but it may be different on the 19FD without the slide. Just a few more weeks until we see our first Geo with a power package!
