Great start to the year, Hayley! I am interested to know if you just 'run out the door' or if you do stretches before you start to warm up and prevent injury?
Definitely stretching!! I stretch before and after a run. Most of my strength training that I do to be a stronger runner is through Pilates and that has a lot of stretching too.
