    Nice Gameday pro & Viktry review👍Thinkin of goin gameday seeing im not super athletic anymore. I see u covered two foot jumpers, what would u recommend for one foot jumpers to gain more vertical? I jus been doin box jumps, jumping with dumbells, and my P90x plyometric dvd. Thanks👍

      For one foot jumpers like I am.
      I do plyometrics, single leg rdls, and single leg lunges. Iv seen the most gains from doing different varieties of elevated lunges and step ups. Which is a good exercise that simulates a one foot jump. I also do weighted jump roping and weighted calf raises before bed. That's my favorite go to work out before bed. Gets a good sweat going. Burns out the legs and calf muscles. Make a small protein shake with a scoop of creatine monohydrate to quench the workout thirst, Hit the shower and then let the legs rest up in bed while sleeping.

    what is 1 plyometric workout should i start with? i can barely grab the rim. i think im almost there to dunking, i just need the right workout

      Great question. First I need to know if you are a one foot or two foot jumper?. What's your preference in trying to to jump your highest to touch the rim and or dunk.

      @@moto_ak47 two foot jumper and for volleyball and possible making dunking highlights if I ever jump high enough

      @khangbanger for you specifically as a two foot jumper, my own opinion for you would be to stick to something like plyometrics as a warm-up. Then move to weighted activities such as squats(you can substitute box squats if needed but if not go for the not help squats(down slow and controlled, explode on the way up just to the point that the bar almost comes off your shoulder. So I recommend wearing a hoodie or thick shirt to help pad your traps so you maximize your reps without having to skip reps worrying about irritating pain as the bar comes back down to rest on your traps. (Haveing irritation causes our minds to skip reps, so eliminating irritation is good)
      Barbell or dumbell Rdl's. (If using dumbells go as heavy as you can for your last two sets.
      Dumbell two foot jumps (dumbells in each hand,straight arms down to side. Bend down slow, both dumbells just past the knees. Explode jump up. Land softly, as you land soft, as your coming down bend at the knees right into then next rep. Each rep jumping for height.
      Box jumps. All variations. No forward or penultimate step yet. Just jump.
      Then move back a few steps and take a penultimate step into the box jump.
      Then for your highest box jump that you can do. Take about 3-5 steps for max jump.
      End each workout with jump roping. This is an easy but very effective exercise that two foot jumpers like beacuse you can do it anywhere. Training both fast twitch muscles in each leg and calves and getting your body ready for that fast contact with the ground to transfer body weight up. I personally use ankle weights when I jump rope to make it harder, burn my legs out faster and see faster results. Adding that extra weight when jump roping has helped me with my two foot jumping. I'm a one foot guy but now I also can go off two feet because of this exact routine I just explained here that I did.
      Note: this is not all you can do. These things are just my opinion and what I did to get fast results and get myself back to dunking like I used to in high school.

    Would the vktry insoles go well with the Sabrina 1’s bc I have them and thinking about getting the vktrys, I’m around 5,11 and about an inch away from touching rim🥲 Also, since I have Nikes do I need to go a size down bc on there website they said u need to but just making sure? Thx u and sorry for the questions but great vid very informative🔥👍
