Thanks for the kind words guys. FYI MCATs and Medschool are the main reasons im stopping at the moment. The scoliosis is something i have been dealing with (alongside physios) for a long time now, but ive had more improvement in the last few weeks than ever so Im excited about that.
I have scoliosis as well and armwrestling always made it worse. I actually had to even stop living 2.5 years ago because of nerve issues stemming from the curve in my thoracic. All good now, but yea....I understand.

That's terrible to hear but you have to do what is best for you. If it gets bad my wife got surgery for her scoliosi. Dr France at West Virginia University Spine Center is the best in the world. He did me wife's surgery and her pain is totally gone. Wish you the best
Brad, there's a really good, high level natty bodybuilder (not competing), Geoffrey Verity Schofield @GVS with scoliosis, also there's Functional Patterns (say what you will but they helped tons of people with scoliosis, amongst many things) and there'd be definitely ways around this problem and stuff to counterbalance (even improve) but if you've decided to live a different life then that's it. By the way grappling will not necessarily be better. Wishing you the best!
Medschool and mcats are the larger reason, but ive been trying everything i can to improve it for a while now and the only thing thats worked is stopping specific training for my move. Ill def try to figure out a more sustainable way of training when i eventually come back

Hey man. Keep up general lifting for health and keep doing table time for a while. I did that after I was forced to stop lifting for arm wrestling because of wrist issues and I was surprised by how little gains I lost almost a year later
That sucks man. But, sometimes its better to try to start something new that imprison yourself in hoping for the impossible. I wish you all the best Brad! 💪

Brad, I had scoliosis from armwrestling. 1982 . Chiropractor fixed it fast. I only pulled right in the 70's. Spine pulled to the right.
seen a few chiros, working with a c1 specialist right now. unfortunately i've built some bad nerve connections so it's a more complicated process
