    I'm a firm believer in this program. I've seen the results. I've got muscles tightening up that I didn't even know I had. I can actually feel the muscles in my core. I'm 40 years old and I've lost 80 lbs since the beginning of 2020. If I got the chance, I'd love to thank DDP personally for inspiring me to OWN IT, every day. Hard work and discipline WILL pay off.

    I learned, while studying in a Chinese medical clinic in Hubei Province, that joint space is critical to overall health and longevity. I’m glad that you mentioned the big three. And as we age all three allow for Balance which is essential. Stamina/Energy/Low body fat from Cardio, Balance - coordination, Strength - in all of its forms and lastly Range of Motion/Flexibility are all essentials and your Yoga does them all! Thank you for your knowledge and inspiration.

    This program is for real!!! .. had back issues it went.. didn't run for 2years.. when I did my cardio held up.. ran a 5k on my 3rd run.. flexibility its getting better every week. I swear by it. You will build muscle you will have better cardio and you will be flexible!

    Streangh, stamina and stretch, these are the 3 things I work on with my son because he has cerbral palsey. The 3 of them are usually worked on seperatly, but to combine them would be perfect. Strength, cardio and flexibility is exactly what we need.

    Amen Brother - we are the same age and I tell people all the time that I don't miss my endurance (not much need for it now), and I don't miss my strength (ditto) - what I really miss is my flexibility. Definitely needed when you get older!

      I'm kinda suprised by that. Out of all the 3 that you mentioned, cardio and flexibility are the most important to EVER have. As far as cardio goes, your health depends on it

    The other physical fitness aficionado I follow is Matt Furey. He has been preaching strength and flexibility through body weight calisthenics for 20 years. I'd like to see them together and compare notes.

      @@patchworkboy87 I committed, I love the workouts, they are very challenging, haven't lost much weight, I blame the holidays and not eating like I should, however, getting around, up, down, and moving in general is getting so much easier. If you haven't signed up, I definitely suggest it, get a heart rate monitor or if you have an Apple Watch, it will do the job as well. I went with an apple watch since most bluetooth heart rate monitors won't fit my barrel chest.

    Dude i havent even started your program just listen to your vids today...
    Things acomplished with just pure inspiration from you
    1. I actualy fucking did something besides loath my existance get drunk amd high and play games all day
    2. I got out and walked around first excersise besides walk8ng for food or going to get drugs in 2 years
    3. I went and got atuf gor a project to help my mom ive been a bad family man and thats gonna change
    3. I did all my pt stretches and excersises im supposed to do for my neck injury ive been sepf medicating
    4. Ive had m8nimal alcohol i know its not a full quit but 2 whiteclaws is way better that a full bottle of (insert any 100 proof booze here)
    5. I tore out and rebuilt a wire fence for my moms garden 12 posts with a slwdge weeding and all something i simply believe wasnt in the cards because i weigh 325 lbs have multiple neck and back inuries and am honestly a wastwd out junkie
    6. I reached out to my methed out father in a bid to take him on this journey of healing so we can both be there for my daughter
    7. I broke every preconcieved negative thoight i had about myself i know i wont be able to move for the next 2 days but ill get back to it once i can amd i plan to stay as sober as ppssible untill full sobreity is within healthy grasp but definatpy no more hard drugs thats a hard cut for me
    Bless you in everyway you badass today was a different kond of high man it brole me buolt me healed me and hurt me ... ive done every drug under the sub and never felt that

    To anyone skeptical about this, I have been doing DDPY for seven years now and everything DDP says here is 100% true. You won't find any other form of exercise that matches everything these workouts do for you.

      I'm kind of a Meathead weightlifter and sometimes find myself really tight with no patience for anything else but lifting weight....Would setting my ego down and giving this more patient style or working out benefit me for other aspects of training?

      Put your ego aside and give it a go. Remember, this ISN'T yoga. It's DDPY! If you ain't jacking your heartrate up and working your muscles, you ain't doing it right ;-)

    That is VERY true tho. Most people who workout (bodybuilders, powerlifters, just general people that workout) only stretch for about 15 min as a warm up to get ready to lift, they dont actually spend a full hour doing yoga to tone their muscles and increase their functional movement

    I'm dealing with numerous injuries. I've been making myself lift weights lately in a gym and HATE IT WITH A PASSION. The only thing I was able to stick with was a specific type of muscle and bone building yoga for years until I hurt my back in 2/2020 somehow and had to quit. Anyway, not only did I gain a lot of muscle and flexibility when I was doing yoga obsessively every day, but it also stopped bad panic attacks I'd been having. I need to dump the gym and go back to the mat.

      in his DDP youtube channel there are a few full workputs for free, adapt and no refined sugars, refined carbs, dairy, soda, junk or processed food, walk, sun, fresh air, sleep early, eat meals on time. No fried food.

    Hi DDP My name is Cathy in the past few months I have been trying to change my life but I have several stumbling blocks want to lose weight but every time I try my health takes a nosedive want to walk and do things like I normally do but something keeps preventing me several times in the past few years (since 2012) I have fallen n hurt myself too many times to count this year has been more taxing than all the other yrs combined I tried talking with my primary doctor as well as several other specialists but no answers. I want to be able to get out of my bed and walk again and not feel dizzy or hurting every time I go and sit in a chair can you please help me in my journey

    While I do love DDPY, there is a lot of oversimplification and misnomers here, there are actually some workout programs that do focus a lot on mobility, stability, flexibility and strength.

    DDP I'm a big fan of your wcw days & I've also been keeping up with your yoga stuff long before my incident. I myself suffered an spinal cord injury that left my partially Paralyzed back in February 2019 & now I'm able to walk with a cane but I am very unbalanced and cannot walk without my cane. Im 25 in new york. Any way I can get in contact with you about starting a program or learning more about your program

      @@ORSkie yes they do. The closest thing they have is DDPY Rebuild. It starts off with exercises laying in bed, sitting in a chair etc It's for ppl who are very immobile

    What i think alot of people dont understand about yoga (not just DDP Yoga but yoga in general too) is there are SO many critics of it saying yoga doesn't build muscle. That's the most moronic and ignorent comment i've ever read or heard of. I'm 195 lbs of muscle (powerlifter physique) if i do power yoga i am using 195 LBS OF MUSCULAR RESISTANCE. How does 195 lb muscular resistance NOT build muscle? LOL

      Why do you listen to them, be your own person. Who really cares what they say just do it for yourself. I gained alot of weight after my mum died and guess what I had nobody to push me but me....I started one day just like that and although I'll never be in my 20/30's again I really don't care, I'm looking after myself and my health and mentally feel stronger too.....rely on YOURSELF...Good luck

    Maria Manic is one of the finest young Wrestling stars in the Indie scene but I fear she has spiralled through some demons this year.... I can only speculate on things and I don't want to say anything that would give her negative heat but as her fan i was hoping I could ask you if you could research Maria Manic online.... and if U feel it necessary... Find a way to reach out to her and help her.... If she does indeed need the help.

      Another question, if I may. As religious Jewish men, my son and I cannot use exercise videos that have women demonstrating the exercises, or skimpily clad women even just talking. Can you tell me if these videos would meet our requirements in this respect?

      @@yehoshuakahan9336 there are lots of one-on-one videos as opposed to those that encapsulate a class environment. There's hundreds of workouts to choose on the app so you'll be able to find many that suit your requirements.

      I wish he went back to 248lbs he looked ALOT better there. Right now he's about 228 i think, maybe less idk. My main concern is how much muscle did he lose, or did he maintain it thru yoga?
