I LOVE bOk Choi! I recently found a recipe with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Sauté sand cover until the leaves just start to wilt and they’re amazing! I’m a HUGE fan and it is perfect for keto! Super healthy 🤩

Hey, love your videos. I gotta a 3 ingredient crust recipe for you. It can be use as sweet or savory, pie crust, pizza cust, quiche, Flatbread so many things. 2 cups of flour 1 package of cream cheese softened (don't heat to soften) 8 Oz of butter room temp Use a pastry cutter to cut all 3 ingredients into each other until dough forms. Put in fridge with a kitchen towel over bowl till chilled. Roll out to whatever shape or size for you dish. Bake at 400 degrees timing all depends on what your cooking.
For dairy free I used the dairy free cheddar cheese slices, they do just as well as the cheese slices. Made my husband some dairy free cheese puffs. Try Swiss cheese for a nutty flavor. My favorite. This method is so much better than what I learned in the past. Love you both! ❤

I live Bok chop and had never thought of doing that with it, I will be trying it your way. However, I will chop up the green and throw it in with the spinach. Like the way you did the cheese crackers, another to make them is throw them in the microwave for about 10 seconds. I will try drying them out first and see what happens. Love your videos, thank you.

A few years ago I did a video on super bowl foods and that dip was one of them but I added artichoke hearts. Delish. Also I used to be a cook at Applebee's for many years and they have the spinach artichoke dip
Best carnivore chips boarshead roast beef, chicken, turkey thin chips use number 2 slice nu 1 is just to thin unless you're just snacking I have a Excalibur 9 tray I cut the shape I want; triangle for dips round for canapés ( biscuit cutter works well). 120-130 degree depending on thickness I start checking after 3 hours I already have a sacrifice tray 😉😜. 8 hours or longer depending on your dehydration machine
Or a food dehydrator if you have them. You can dehydrate anything on low temp in the oven 100-150 degrees for a couple of hrs and I'm sure it'll speed up the time 😊

I actually purchased some butter and mission low carb flour tortillas a week ago. I was purposely staying away from those items when I changed my eating habits 15 months ago but I decided “finally” to try making “tortillas chips” in my air fryer seeing I love chips so much. I loved them! A little butter w/sea salt, 4 minutes @400. Thanks for mentioning the spinach flavor. I saw it in the store but passed it up. Next time I won’t 👍

Keto Twins Surprisingly I was okay because I’m usually cold/freezing all the time especially if I’m not moving around. Now if I had errands to do over that hot weekend I would have been miserable. Enjoy your 60’s weather!

We just placed them on parchment paper on a tray and left them out, you can put some paper towels on top too to absorb some of that excess oil! -Em

When you dried the cheese for cheese crackers did you just leave it out on the counter
We left them covered with a couple of paper towels on the counter, you could also leave them in an unheated oven! -Em
