I am using a Lenovo Legion 750i gaming laptop.
The rough specs are as follows
Intel Core i7-10750H
Memory 32GB (16+16)
SSD 1TB
NVIDIA GeForce RTX2080with Max-Q Design
I bought it about 2 years ago and the price was about 1500$.
If you are looking to buy a gaming pc, I would recommend the RTX3000 series, the 2000 series will also play well, but is a bit older.

The pak files are treated like rar files, just install the pak files as usual using fluffy manager and then launch the game.
