I’ve been struggling deeply with overconsumption, specifically with food and my device. It stems from being fed through a tube as an premature infant and has been an emotional crutch my entire life. The energy has indeed been so intense on planet Earth, I often want to escape this human meat sack lately. This transmission was so supportive in stepping back into alignment with my Self and the cosmos. This life is ever so important. May you all be blessed on your journeys 💓🌞

I have the experience of resonating, interacting with the sacred geometry of the universe each night I look at the night sky. I do love studying astrology charts, but the experience of oneness envelopes me totally only when I make myself available for contemplation of their wonder. Those are the moments when the concept of being a fractal of the universe becomes incarnate experience - the Word made flesh. And so yes ... the heart is the access-point. It strikes me that the light of day highlights the world in which we live, but it is the dark of night that highlights the context within which the everyday world has meaning. Ive been following Gregg Braden in youtube and gaia and he said that scientists have found neurons in our heart. The neurons in our left/right brain allow us to discern but heart only knows. Really profound, what Zac is saying about our heart is now back up by science...

I have the experience of resonating, interacting with the sacred geometry of the universe each night I look at the night sky. I do love studying astrology charts, but the experience of oneness envelopes me totally only when I make myself available for contemplation of their wonder. Those are the moments when the concept of being a fractal of the universe becomes incarnate experience - the Word made flesh. And so yes ... the heart is the access-point. It strikes me that the light of day highlights the world in which we live, but it is the dark of night that highlights the context within which the everyday world has meaning. Ive been following Gregg Braden in youtube and gaia and he said that scientists have found neurons in our heart. The neurons in our left/right brain allow us to discern but heart only knows. Really profound, what Zac is saying about our heart is now back up by science...
