I remember watching this back when it came out I was like 3 or 4 years old this is just as beautiful as when i first discovered it!

I remember watching this back when I was 5 or 6 years old and absolutely loving it! I was also mad, of course, because I was little and my drawing didn't end up looking this beautiful. Today I tried drawing this again. Just for the sake of my childhood dream and I can positively say that it looks just as beautiful as yours. Well, maybe a little less so but almost! My little pony is what got me into art and this video was one of the first ones to inspire me to do art daily. Thank you for my childhood. Thank you for sharing your art. I'm sure it will be nice to know that your art changed someone's life.

I'm kind of blessed in that I can tell the exact thing that helped shaped my life course. I first found this video when I was 10 I was a little thing and I was just being allowed unsupervised internet access. I found this video and watched it for hours on loop whenever I was allowed on the computer. I wanted to be able to draw it so I got my dad to get me a sketch book, a pack of 50 Crayola color pencils and I ran wild. I got my friends older sister to teach me how to do ponies and then later people. I didn't stop, everyone in my family could tell you, I didn't stop drawing for the entire summer two or more drawings a day and when I got to sixth grade I didn't slow down. While in orchestra some of the students told me about LVA one of the best art high schools in the state. I wanted to get in so badly. I wanted to be able to make something like this. Come seventh grade and I'd filled six books, I'd gotten some prismacolor pencils and according to almost everyone in my family I'd gotten better than both my dad and my grandma. It seemed almost impossible to me for anyone to say that. Come eighth grade and I start my first ever art class. I learned the start of realism and all the stuff that comes with. Four months in comes auditions and well there are four to six hundred students who audition and only 70 get in. I'm not that sure I'll get in on the first try. Two months later I get a letter and I'm in. Im one of the 70. It took four years, fourteen sketch books, to many colored pencils and this video. All because of this video I started to draw. All because of this video I tried to get better. All because of this video I've gotten into a better school than anyone on my dad's side of my family has ever. All because of this video I've done so many things with my life that I don't think I would have done other wise. All because of this video I've become me. So I have to thank you for that. Thank you for sharing this with the world and letting it inspire and letting it shape me into who I am today. Thank you.

Love the pink touches in Celestias coat. White is hard to bring life to especially in drawings of characters that are meant to look alive but the touch of pink gives a nice flush to her coat colour without being overwhelming
