Love the old tristar i was using an old ham international concorde during the week the nostalgia took about 30 years of me it was my 1st ssb radio i owned back in o along time ago been a while since i had no frequency readout and had to use a kc shift i love the older radios there like old cars they look better and you realy have to drive them

Besides Lima Victor, I am also in Tango Mike, Charlie Tango, Sierra Foxtrot, and Foxtrot Bravo. I have two Uniden BC-980SSB mobile CB 's... one as a base using an Antron 99, and one in my SUV with a 5ft fiberglass whip. Hopefully one day we will have a chance to catch each other on the air. 73😊

In Japan, 40 channel CB of FCC standard is illegal. But they operate CB illegally, mainly truck drivers. I mainly use 4ch. Have you ever communicated?
