When I am recolouring Leathers I usually use my finger debuff the painting except with the tiny brush to do the detailed work. There's something so incredibly satisfying restoring beautiful pieces of leather art
Why didn’t you clean the band around the top of the shoe? It still looks dirty. Also around the inside of the shoe. Wouldn’t your foam cleaner work on those two areas?
I agree, I except it was done after filming, just seems a pity to put all that work and effort into skillfully restoring what was a tatty pair of shoes to nearly new to leave them like that. Hopefully it was done before the owner collected them.
Brush away loose debris, wash the leather, condition the leather. With shoes a shoe tree is always going to be an excellent option to help hold the shape of the shoe and absorb the sweat.
I just literally tried on a pair of these exact Chanel ballet flats in Saks 5th Avenue today! I’m thinking about purchasing a pair and wanted to first, see how they fit and look on my feet. I’m still debating on them. $800 is a lot to pay for a shoe but they are gorgeous, comfy, and classic Chanel. I’m gonna make a decision very soon though.
Cleaning them with a little toothpick even 🥺 so thorough!
They taken my advise to show how dirty the wipe is after cleaning
Thanks 🥰😄
It's so satisfying to watch your videos ❤️

It’d be nice to have a better microphone and to write what you’re doing/using to repair these beauties. Check out Vetiver shoe repair on RUclips.
