The humanzing part is what was missing from my drums, specifically the snare fill. Just knocking them a few ms offbeat made them sooo much groovier and less robotic
On windows you can also just press CTRL + Q in the piano roll which will quantize to whatever grid snap you currently have selected like 1/4 beat or 1/2 beat

Brother if u slide it off the grid doesnt mean that u humanized it cuz u should set each one of them off differently ( early and late ) .. if they all hit in the same periodic time it wont create the humanizer effect.. Focus on setting each note off and touch the velocity too.. ( no human in this earth can play the same note at the same time with the same velocity .. its impossible.. ) Think as a drummer when u make ur drums brother.. thank u.

Proof are the “remixes”: they are not, they are just hihats with acapellas in order to be recognized otherwise tracks would lack of hook. This is what it is, you can like it, but you can’t say this is not truth. This trend is needed to lower the level and create more surprise with the next one. This is labels purpose

What’s the shortcut to quantize ? When I try going thru the tools it doesn’t actually quantize my notes they stay the same
Alt+Q and then you have to select a quantize template. I use the MPC 60
