This looks really wide, does it take up a lot of space while not in use? Also would it be stable with bumper plates under the arms for higher incline angles?
It’s 27” wide so it doesn’t take up a lot of space when it’s stored vertically Should be stable on any flat surface Here’s more info with detailed pics and video shreddeddad.com/nordic-pro-bench/
Good information. However, I have already bought a Nordic Bench during last Black Friday. I guess I'll just have to prop the one I have up with my silencer pads or with solid concrete blocks, which I already do with one of my benches so I can do seal rows. I like your channel. In my opinion, you put out better information than Coop does in his Garage Gym Reviews.
The Nordic curl is way harder than using a glute ham roller because you have to resist the weight of your entire upper body If I had to pick one I’d go with the Nordic curl
Do you think its possible to wrap a band around the optional weight horn or the foot plate to make the 25-degree regression even easier if someone cannot do it? I really like how this has so many incline options, unlike the BaseBlocks one which has 5 options between 0- and 45-degrees (which means big jumps between regressions).
@@ShreddedDadThanks for the reply! Also, is this thing very sturdy? One problem I had with attaching the nordstick to my FID bench is it has a little give. Also, how long did you find it took to get to do the 25-degree regression from beginner status?
@@SaintBernard-n8r yes it’s sturdy. Just tighten the legs well. It doesn’t take very long. It’s challenging but doable. You can always assist yourself with your hands too

This video really just came out at the right time since I've been shopping around for something like this. Thanks for the review!
You bet 👊
Thx for the review and discount!
You’re welcome 👊
I can confirm. This bench is legit. I am finally making progress to full ROM Nordic
The regressions help a ton
You're always on top of things. Thanks!
The toys don’t stop 😃

Yeah see if you can recreate those regressions. They help a lot. Thanks for checking out the channel 👊
Love mine, especially for the price. I am using an additional mat-a $20 Dicks sporting goods stadium mat to protect the pad on the bench.
Nice 👍. Love the regressions
Videos are helpful thank you big dog
👊
How does the Nordic curl compare to something like the Glute Ham Roller? Is there a reason to have both, or is one better than the other?

Yeah you could try that or attach a resistance band to a pull up bar or the top of a weight rack

@@ShreddedDad by the way, how many reps can you do at 25/degrees on this?
@user-py2ix8qm2h I can do 10 but it’s challenging
Made in USA?
No
I’m a subscriber. Like your stuff. Am disappointed with this review. How can you review something and not give price?
Price is $299
