The talent Ren has is so so rare. The things he can do with his voice and instruments is almost unlimited.
And there you have an entirely new dimension! The Big Push are amazing. I really, really, really dig Sweet Little Lady, one of their originals, doesn't matter which version. They both have pros and cons.

Crutch is an amazing song. So much emotion carried in their voices and an
incredible amount of angst from the music in the last part of the song. His art brings home the emotion of the situation with uncomfortable accuracy.

I feel the same way - I want so much for Ren to be free of pain and to be able to really live life to the fullest! When he gets through this and comes out feeling good…everyone better buckle up…imagine Ren with little to no limitations - going full speed ahead 🤯

Ive watched nearly everything ren and the big push has put out, still finding more nearly everyday. Anyway the big push "Icirus" is a dope track that carries a style throughout the bands vibe.

When I first watched this video and saw /hip hop in the title lemme tell you I was NOT expecting Hip Hop by Dead Prez! Such a classic!
Same here! I was just searching the comments to see if anyone referenced it and you were the first. I'm 46, lifetime hip hop fan and that dead prez album was amazing. And that song and video were so powerful. Thrilled to see Ren showing homage and hopefully exposing DP to a some youngers as they say.
I can't wait to see what is in store for us when Ren reaches optimum health! He's going to dominate with his many talents and I will be there to cheer him on🤩 so nice to see your appreciation of him🥰

Could you just imagine a Ren concert live. He starts you off nice and mellow, then chucks in his hip hop in the middle getting you all hyped up to then bring you back down at the end of the night going home felling all chilled out and mellow.😊😊🇬🇧

Insofar as Ren's versatility, he's not only versatile he's amongst the very best at whatever he tackles. Personally, I look forward to the day he does some more straight piano playing. What little I've heard from him is beautiful.

Hey Cliff, just a bit of info. The other guitar player wearing the skirt (not a kilt; and not that it matters) is Romain Axisa. He is a very talented guitar player and singer. Fun fact: Romain became Ren’s roommate after Ren and his girlfriend Bibi separated. He and Romain were roomies up until Ren moved to Canada for treatment.
Speaking of Bibi, she is a very talented tattoo artist and singer. Please check our Ren ft Bibi in the song “Crutch”. It is a heartbreakingly deep and emotional song, so full of vulnerability. Sadly it is often overlooked, but deserves more love.
Crutch is an amazing track. Penitence with Molly mckinna is another great one that doesn't get reacted to enough.

You know what might be most special about Ren? He is so honest and real that by letting us all in on his art and his personal struggles, it brings out that which is best in is: love, caring, compassion. We don't know him, but we love his music and really care about him, and we want for him the same as we would want for ourselves. That's powerful!

I would happily never buy, another record-label produced song as long as I could see more of this. He's all I've watched for the last few weeks, his talent needs to be out there, but not controlled by faceless mugs like Sony who wouldn't know talent if it smashed them over the head with a Stratocaster (or even a Telecaster!).
Seriously, there's got to be a way of getting his talent to the masses without shitty music industry execs trying to package him up as the next poster boy or gimmick. I would happily pay a monthly subscription so that he can keep producing creative music (and if enough people did this, then maybe that's the answer), and I'd definitely pay good money to see him live at a music venue or musical theatre. There's definitely a market for his music now - I've just bought his CD from his website and sent a tip (as it's too cheap at £10!) and if anyone can point me in the direction of more of his music I can buy then take my money goddamn it!

When see Ren perform like this, I keep getting reminded of a young Stevie Ray Vaughn (RIP), playing his guitar like he is possessed and Stevie was one with the guitar like an human body part attached to him. ♥lead guitar Romain Axisa Is a genius with the guitar.

The Big Push have some really good videos for original songs on their channel also. Such as Dignity, Precious, Why My Woman, Sweet Little Lady, It's Alright etc. Way more than just a covers band!

I really hope corporate doesn’t change a single thing about Ren and/or The Big Push. If I were wealthy I would fund this groups street concerts all over the world because they just make people happy.
Please check out his song Crutch feat. Bibi. It is criminally underrated and so so beautiful and heart wrenching. The emotion in his voice, music, lyrics, and the video is just stunning.
