    At 6:24 why can't white play h4 instead of h3, which stops ...h4 by black?

      I think that's because maybe we can attack. The pawn on h4 with the g pawn .

      Hey! This is also a totally good option for white! I covered h3 which looks to stop h4 with g4 but h4 stops it immediately. H3 has been played 38 times at the master/grandmaster level and h4 is right behind it with 35. Our strategy for black remains the same but good eye!
