I have bunker sells $210k per 2 hrs (and I do this at work - just have a timer and I go do a 12min mission instead of a cig break), plus the best, nightclub sells. Night club was great - leave your console on while you're at work and when you come home $1m, or $1.5m if you tweak it ( after four hours swap the full products). So in a work day, 4x 12m bunker missions and the nightclub delivery give me pretty much $2m. That's essentially passive. BUT the new nightclub phone missions giving you an ability to speed up production (thanks Yuhon - and use the armoured Koruma, it makes the mission silly easy). So you don't get $$ instantly, but it speeds up when you can sell the nightclub goods. And because nightclub sells are quick and easy, I would prioritise those over all but the payphone hits. So this is good passive strategy, but mix that in with yours and you can get an extra two million over those five hours.

This guide is pretty neat. Long, but neat. I still suggest players to do these heists as a team tho. I'm one of the lucky ones who found a reliable team of pros to do heists with. We take in turns to prep/play the heists (Cayo and casino), and for that reason, we can skip the cooldown faster. More players, more money, fast money.
i never thought they would be able to balance out the other businesses when compared to cayo but i guess they did great video and good job figuring all this out
I swear right after the Cayo I did pay phone hits and also any exotic cars that pop up and also the same thing with my businesses befor starting Cayo I restock. Now that TGG made a vid on it I’m glad iv been doing the right thing😂😂😂
At this point, I’m no longer trying to get more money quickly. I just enjoy mindlessly grinding while watching something in the background or listening to a podcast while I’m doing missions. GTO is my go-to game when I don’t really feel like replaying old games or new ones.
Two things I recommend you do different is to sell bunker and mc in a full lobby. Selling a bunker in a lobby of 28 people got me 315 thousand instead of 210 thousand. It might be worth it might not just depends on whether you think the trouble is worth it. Second is to do the casino heist instead of the contract. You can easily complete all setups on your own and in less time than the contract setups. After that if your on Xbox go setup a looking for group post and say all setups done for 15%. I usually find success as the person who finds the post is gonna make about 300 thousand in 15-20 minutes that the heist takes and you will make well over 1 million with the 85% cut.
A few years ago when I first started grinding there was one week where there was double money on all biker business and the bunker. For a week I was restocking the bunker than selling it been going around to each individual motorcycle business, restocking it and then selling it. It was about a two and a half hour cycle, twice a night except on weekends which was a lot more than that. This kind of seems reminiscent of that grind
Thank you, TGG. Because of your advice (gaining 1 million for new rookies) I have gained nearly 1 million. But I don't have neither a bunker, nor lab, agency, autoshop, bike gang. I have only a house which has Lester's Heists DLC series and some other side missions, such as Simeon's repo missions, Lowriders series, UL Paper missions. Please, make a video about this.
Thanks for giving us all the tips man I spent almost 2.5 million on autoshop and upgraded and made all the money back in 1 hr by following all the methods
btw, rehiring a new dj costs 10k, but increases your popularity. as long as you do it when the bar is almost full, it leaves you with more time to do other missions/contracts.
The best thing about this money making method is if you are a casual player like myself but have been playing long enough that you own most of thr businesses and the Kosatka you can break this down into a manageable method if you only have 1 to 2 hours of game time each time you get on. Currently for me it's focusing on running my businesses between doing cayo heists and it works well for me, I wish I had more time to game to do this whole method you've just posted but unfortunately I don't lol. Great video as always man. 👍
Good job TGG. Thanks. To each his own but I would advise a few changes. 1) Don't do time trial unless you're sure you can get it 1st or 2nd try otherwise you're wasting time. 2) When you pick up mixed goods run inside and tell staff to source special cargo. Do this every time and you'll eventually have an entire warehouse full of only SPECIAL cargo for no work. 3) VIP work pay doubled so headhunter pays $45k and takes maybe 5 minutes. 4) If you're good with a cargo bob, vehicle cargo pays $80k net for about 10 minutes to source, customize, and sell. (Never sell low or midrange so you always source top range once warehouse starts to fill up)
I used to watch ur rags to riches videos I even started a new character and started from scratch and because of u I’m now a trillion air i have everything in the game now
Some of the payphone hits are broken. If you get the popstar and have to ram him with the truck don't bother, he won't explode anymore. So you'll have to shoot him and lose the bonus. And it seems like that is the mission you get the most since they fixed the half pay.
I got that one yesterday and it was so annoying. I had called in my MC cab so I wasn't sure if there'd have been a different outcome if I'd used a generic truck. Next time that guy's getting the missile treatment to save time.
im pretty glad they did this i was bored of grinding perico or earlier casino when i needed money now its diversified and therefore not that boring and repetitive
I also think this route should utilize the new night club missions because we get a huge bonus if at the end of the day we sell it in a full lobby with ghost org. If you sell 1M$ from your night club in a full session you will get additional 500k$, so what you should do if you have the cooldown for a phone hit, you can just source a nightclub mission, and If you'll do that every day it will slowly bring you to 1M$ or more and then you will get a HUGE bonus of 50% when you sell it in a full public session.
There's always a couple of things you can do as well, like the Terrorbyte missions, VIP work, and sourcing cars (if you have all the low and medium cars). If you're in the city itself, Headhunter is less than two or three minutes with an Opressor MKII.
4:50 This part is a little different for me actually lol. My MC Clubhouse and Auto Shop are right next to each other, so what i did was go to my auto shop, have the staff deliver the cars, (you still make a small profit) and then go to my MC.
if i still had my grindset mentality I'd say this was a god send First video i watched from you was something like this i think it was rags to riches and I sure have come a long way from where i was bout half a year ago Keep up the content!!
Wait, you don't do Nightclub crates? Those are insane! You can fill up your cargo/shipment and sporting goods at your nightclub Warehouse quite fast with those missions. I can do a Warehouse sell mission with all my goods every 4 hours. I still do a lot of headhunter and the diamond steal mission from the terrorbyte, both of those missions you can complete insanely fast in like 2 minutes. Tough for the Diamond steal mission you just need to know where the jewellery is. Besides that I do CEO vehicle sell missions, there are only 3 waves of NPC's if you do it solo (or just use the Cargobob lol), so just kill those and have a safe delivery. Also, if I happen to be in the area I will let my staff source a crate. When crates go for double money you need less time to complete your crate Warehouse. Lasty, try to get your money making buisiness in one place, I moved my MC from the gas station in the desert to LS close to my auto shop and car warehouse. I rarely need fasttravel. Also, if you happen to be in the area, just rob a store for another extra 4K, its like 30 seconds of work. You can also steal a ''expansive'' NPC car and spawn a Avanger for a quick 8K sell if you happen to see a expansive NPC ca (and know what car you must be looking for).
I've realized not to do Nightclub Goods (Crates) because of how long it takes, and it only pays 450K for ab more than 3 hours. Mind you, if you have a 16 crate Warehouse you can get 240K in under a hour, complete it again thats ab 480K. Faster than Nightclub Goods.
this game is way past being fun, glad I made myself comfortable before this upgrade cause this is a grind i have no intention of doing. will go in sporadically for a cayo and some races, but this game became a second job just to buy an extra car - it's a waste of time. looking forward to you timing this all with an actual lobby of griefers
I would like to point out that you can't start business missions in the terrorbyte in an invite only session. It tells you to join a public session, whereas you can start them anywhere else in a private session like the master control terminal.
The easiest way to make money is to have multiple accounts with the panther statue heist and just repeat it, and switch accounts and repeat again, having friends with this also helps both of you and a friend get loads of money, about 8.8M from doing four heists which only takes about an hour…
Let's be real TGG, once you have bought every vehicle and business you want with atleast 100 Mill still in the bank you lose the passion for grinding. R* needs to release new Weaponized Cars, Vehicles, Businesses, Guns etc more often. Veteran players like myself got 100 M's plus just sitting in the bank with nothing to spend it on !
Who wanted the cooldown? The grinding was good but rockstar just had to f*ck with it because they saw that players had a little too much money for their own good. (People weren’t buying as much shark cards as rockstar wanted)
@@_vixen_4504 and they weren't playing the actual game and just doing cayo and not enjoying you are supposed to enjoy the game every second its really good they nerfed it. It was broken very good update now there is so much more variety
so they made a dying game even worse? The only reason to play was to grind the Cayo heist...... well looks like I can just go ahead and delete this crap game off my ps5
Here’s what I usually do: -Scope out Cocaine locations, if none, do weed, if none, do cash. Better than nothing -Make sure you have a Sparrow for the Kostka, it makes missions less tedious -Velum Approach -Drainage tunnel -Torch -Crackshot loadout w/ suppressors -MAKE SURE TO SELECT WEAPON STASH -Loot the secondaries first -Enter drain tunnel -Leave through the docks.
I did the Contract again. It left a bad taste on my mouth. It was kind ridiculous to see a bunch of gangster fighting for music rights of a pampered rapper. And BTW, Dr. Dre music is awful, just a bunch of meaningless rhymes sold like it is Bethoveen or Bach.
I still believe that the cooldown is too long on the cayo perico because I rarely play for 3 hours in GTA because the only fun thing is buying cars and modifying them. Still believe this update is a L
One thing to help people from getting burnt out is to do cayo perico then set a 2:30 min timer after the heist as that gives you ten mins to get to your master control center refill all mc businesses and bunker then raise nightclub popularity and go afk at the nightclub security cameras and go do something else.. if you wanna grind though this is a good method
Nightclub popularity tip. Go to your computer in your basements and rebook the djs with no cutscenes . This is good if your popularity is half empty. Booking 5 will fill up half . Although if you have a master control computer at your arcade, you can just book a new dj every 2 in game days and that will keep the Income at max. After 4 in game days go to your nightclub and collect 200k.. playing 3 hours a day and doing this will bring you around 2 million a week.and you won’t have to do any missions. Best passive Income in the game !!
If you cut your Internet connection at the end screen where it say COMPLETE and in the right corner Transaction processing, you get the money and start the finale again.
You can just do Dr Dre Contract back to back in the middle of the cooldown. Just search *Contract DLC Speedrun* and its just as quick to finish as Cayo, its solo too and 1m everytime.
Can I just focus on Cayo, Dr Dre’s mission, and my auto shop? Amazing vid by the way bud. Thank you for this! Really lifted my hopes up for having more fun in GTA now.
I have 2-3 people playing with me at all times, we all set up a cayo, then we play them then run 2 diamonds on hard, by then 4 more cayo, combined income is up to:15mil or so in around 3-4 hours, you can give it all to one guy or split even for still a decent amount, this is good because you won't get bored, make a lot of cash, and if you don't have it get discounts on vehicles constantly
This took 6.5 hours for $6 million and I didn't even get do Cayo a second time. I speed run Cayo, payphones etc and session hope to skip travel and cut scenes etc so I'm not being slow. Only thing was my second Dre so maybe there's corners that could be cut there. A painful grind to be honest.
My strategy that doesn't include the contract because I hate doing it: -Payphone hit -Restock businesses -Sell excess gun parts, export mixed goods, deliver mc shop bike, and deliver auto shop cars -Payphone hit -Cayo perico heist -Payphone hit -Car and rc timetrials (if available) -Sell excess gun parts, export mixed goods, deliver mc shop bike, and deliver auto shop cars -Payphone hit -afk for a couple hours while doing something else until cayo perico is ready again
Thank you so much for making a guide for OG players. I know it might get more views to appease to new players but this is really helpful. Gorilla gang!
HELP? Bikes are not showing up in my mc clubhouse (I have resupplied my bar and bought the custom bike shop for my mc clubhouse). Its been about 4 days since I done all this but still no bikes spawning??? Did I miss something?
Nice video, but I really can't doing the mc businesses again 😂 at least if R* made them like the bunker : 75 000$ = 1 vehicle every time (even if it means a little less money) I would probably still doing them but I'm sick of griefers destroying me in passive, slow vehicles with no way to defend myself
Tried my best to fit in the new MC bar missions & even Yohan/Lupe but it didn't make sense $/hr wise.

The nightclub popularity and collecting the safe regularly actually brings in more money then the goods for the nightclub sales now.

Love the positive vibe of this channel. The cayo nerf is terrible and so many other youtubers are making angry videos and you're out here just making the best of what we have and not crying about the past.
It’s a great nerf, what the fuck are you on about? It was all people did
You sound like a single mother on facebook
Yeah. I mean the complaints are not wrong but shit, there's nothing we can do about it now. Unless the GTA Online team wants to buff it again but most likely not.
The Cayo perico nerf was good and it was needed, it was intended to get people to play other game-modes in GTA Online.
@@timmeh8341 the nerf was bad😂 why try to force players to play different game modes? If someone wants to play one heist the whole time then let them… makes no sense to try and take away the only efficient way of making money especially for solo players who don’t have much options… or new players who just started and don’t have much money
You are one of the kindest GTA content creators... this is exactly what I needed to watch + didn't know it existed.
Luckily I have all businesses so this will be a treat, love how you made use of everything Rockstar put together + didn't stick with just one thing or two... Thank you !
The TIme-Trial only takes a minute or two?! You, sir, are seriously underestimating my ability to crash vehicles in GTA on my PC.
i never thought they would be able to balance out the other businesses when compared to cayo but i guess they did great video and good job figuring all this out
I swear right after the Cayo I did pay phone hits and also any exotic cars that pop up and also the same thing with my businesses befor starting Cayo I restock. Now that TGG made a vid on it I’m glad iv been doing the right thing😂😂😂
I love the diversity of tasks and stuff to do, this removes a lot of the boredom I felt doing only cayo
I’m so glad It got nerfed. The nerf gave me a real reason to go do other shit instead of just doing cayo over and over again
If you disconnect your internet when the transaction pending is shown at completion of heist u get money and the preps will be already done
Wait what??
@@the-mar-cel4096 only pc
@@codenamebogdan8050 Don’t believe so.
But the completion cooldow?
You guys hate playing the actual game huh?
btw, rehiring a new dj costs 10k, but increases your popularity. as long as you do it when the bar is almost full, it leaves you with more time to do other missions/contracts.
Would love a 2023 update TGG, if you don't mind - perhaps find way to add the stash house + dealers (Wondering if it'll work..)
With the Acid Lab
(Never sell low or midrange so you always source top range once warehouse starts to fill up)
Agreed. To me vehicle warehouse is better than Autoshop… I haven’t bought auto shop or mc shop. Still contemplating on them 🤣
That is a true grind. I will start with Cayo then build up your inventory to sell by the end of the week.
I’ve been waiting for this
Yeah, same
Same
Same
this is the craziest guide i think tgg has ever done
One thing to add is you should go to your 5 warehouses and get the workers to source a crate for 7,500 as well as it’s completely passive.
lol, better buy 2 and buy other businesses.
@@FazeParticles ༼ つ ͠° ͟ʖ ͡° ༽つ ༼ つ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° ༽つ
I still do B2B cayo glitches with my friends just because it still works and you make 10 mil in a hour
Definitely be using this guide, thanks TGG 👍
I used to watch ur rags to riches videos I even started a new character and started from scratch and because of u I’m now a trillion air i have everything in the game now
Some of the payphone hits are broken. If you get the popstar and have to ram him with the truck don't bother, he won't explode anymore. So you'll have to shoot him and lose the bonus. And it seems like that is the mission you get the most since they fixed the half pay.
I got that one yesterday and it was so annoying. I had called in my MC cab so I wasn't sure if there'd have been a different outcome if I'd used a generic truck. Next time that guy's getting the missile treatment to save time.
wait what? I did it with the generic truck that imani locates for you and I could do it
@@lmn_godie2598 Good to know the generic truck still works, thanks.
@@ziploc2000 aye no worries
@@ziploc2000 The MC Cab and Wedge were bugged before, so probably still is and it was that. Need a regular truck.
I find the easiest way to earn £1m a hour is to go to work for £17 a hour then buy a shark card
IT’s garenteed and is less stressful
im pretty glad they did this i was bored of grinding perico or earlier casino when i needed money now its diversified and therefore not that boring and repetitive
dawg you know all these methods existed before the nerf, right? nobody was forcing you to do only cayo.
@@sebces2576 private sessions ....
@@sebces2576 not to mention the present production boost and double bonuses for sell missions ...
@@The08Channel yeah first time bonuses…
I already have like 1.2 billion but I'm still here because TGG is OP
Oh yeah of course, because every normal working Human has 5 Hours time.
tgg is really the best non clickbait gta youtuber😭
I also think this route should utilize the new night club missions because we get a huge bonus if at the end of the day we sell it in a full lobby with ghost org. If you sell 1M$ from your night club in a full session you will get additional 500k$, so what you should do if you have the cooldown for a phone hit, you can just source a nightclub mission, and If you'll do that every day it will slowly bring you to 1M$ or more and then you will get a HUGE bonus of 50% when you sell it in a full public session.
If you sell it with a ghost organization, it still gives you the 500k extra?
Or you can get 1M everyday with the security cameras 🤷♂️ without sourcing anything
@@diegopazos3879 I'm not sure but I think it does.
wow just fucking wow , best gta V solo channel straight to the point not a lot of bs to extend the video ,bulletins everything very nicely done
People usually play for only 1 hour at a stretch so there is no need for this. No onw will be playing continously for 4 hours
My MC Clubhouse and Auto Shop are right next to each other, so what i did was go to my auto shop, have the staff deliver the cars, (you still make a small profit) and then go to my MC.
if i still had my grindset mentality I'd say this was a god send
First video i watched from you was something like this i think it was rags to riches and I sure have come a long way from where i was bout half a year ago
Keep up the content!!
Or use a cargobob
True
@@ziploc2000 Yeah true, I forgot it existed cuz I only did Cayo Perico.
Now selling cars will be faster once again.
When u do nightclub missions it takes 30 hours but when you don't do them over 60 hours so its worth it
I've realized not to do Nightclub Goods (Crates) because of how long it takes, and it only pays 450K for ab more than 3 hours.
I really hope it gets fixed. Makes crates so easy
yeah rockstar messed up with that one, maybe they forgot the terrorbyte does those businesses too lol
*Still laughing in a solo public lobby*
First honest lair in GTA 5 content on RUclips.
Rockstar: We will nerf Cayo Perico, which is best way to earn money.
TGG: I don't care, I will still make much money in same time.
Rockstar nerfed Cayo to get players to do different activities. This is working exactly as they wanted
@@king_big_pp Yes
There’s so many fucking cars in the game u have not bought all of them stop lying
have you filled every possible car slot with maxed cars
@@Subreon every possible car slot is filled with all the cars I want including the Weaponized and arena wars vehicles
That was a CRAZY good video thanks man! :)
This should have been implemented to the game when Cayo came out, and I think this is how R* intended to be played as, not constant Cayo grinding.
Work rate for these videos is insane. I'm well off in GTAO but still learn a thing or 2. Good job man!
so they made a dying game even worse? The only reason to play was to grind the Cayo heist...... well looks like I can just go ahead and delete this crap game off my ps5
Here’s what I usually do:
-Scope out Cocaine locations, if none, do weed, if none, do cash. Better than nothing
-Make sure you have a Sparrow for the Kostka, it makes missions less tedious
-Velum Approach
-Drainage tunnel
-Torch
-Crackshot loadout w/ suppressors
-MAKE SURE TO SELECT WEAPON STASH
-Loot the secondaries first
-Enter drain tunnel
-Leave through the docks.
Agreed. Dr. Dre is just a little more bearable than KJD.
Savage, bro.
I'm not sure if I have said this before but the background music and everything just makes me fell like I really want you to make more if these
The intro music brought me back to the original rags2riches series, was still the most usefull guide i have ever watched
This guide needs an update with the Acid Lab, awesome TGG!!
Straight-forward, informational, and it works. You just earned a new subscriber.
This Once a week is more than enough really, and I still can spend the rest of my playing time on funnier stuff. Thanks once again TGG!!
The fact I can deliver cargo now without issues makes it a lot more convincing to do it.
Gotta love that feeling when you watch the new TGG money grind method and it’s almost exactly how you already have been grinding.
I appreciate it TGG. As you were explaining what to do I had my phone up and taking notes. Thanks for making it simple and short
Thanks for this guide!
This guy is an absolute legend for the screenshot
If you cut your Internet connection at the end screen where it say COMPLETE and in the right corner Transaction processing, you get the money and start the finale again.

You can just do Dr Dre Contract back to back in the middle of the cooldown. Just search *Contract DLC Speedrun* and its just as quick to finish as Cayo, its solo too and 1m everytime.
May have alot of cutsences but listening ato dr dre and p rapping is a thing of beauty
this is great, i think rockstar got what they were going for where there’s way more ways to make money now

Can I just focus on Cayo, Dr Dre’s mission, and my auto shop?
Amazing vid by the way bud. Thank you for this! Really lifted my hopes up for having more fun in GTA now.
me who is making making more than 5 million in an hr solo still watching these videos
It's funny when people hate on the nerf and realize there is so much more to the game than just heists again
This video really helped me soooo underrated thanks tgg lots of love
I have 2-3 people playing with me at all times, we all set up a cayo, then we play them then run 2 diamonds on hard, by then 4 more cayo, combined income is up to:15mil or so in around 3-4 hours, you can give it all to one guy or split even for still a decent amount, this is good because you won't get bored, make a lot of cash, and if you don't have it get discounts on vehicles constantly
The agency is probably the best solo business for active players now
Payphone hit is the new and a better headhunter
Great guide! Honestly I'm looking forward to this gameplay variety as opposed to endless Cayo Perico which got boring.
This took 6.5 hours for $6 million and I didn't even get do Cayo a second time. I speed run Cayo, payphones etc and session hope to skip travel and cut scenes etc so I'm not being slow. Only thing was my second Dre so maybe there's corners that could be cut there. A painful grind to be honest.
or. play a cayo heist, then play better games for 3 hours, followed by a another cayo heist in gta online 🔥
My strategy that doesn't include the contract because I hate doing it:
-Payphone hit
-Restock businesses
-Sell excess gun parts, export mixed goods, deliver mc shop bike, and deliver auto shop cars
-Payphone hit
-Cayo perico heist
-Payphone hit
-Car and rc timetrials (if available)
-Sell excess gun parts, export mixed goods, deliver mc shop bike, and deliver auto shop cars
-Payphone hit
-afk for a couple hours while doing something else until cayo perico is ready again
Can you put “not a beginner guide”. Just for the ones getting confused.
More people should see this video, really good money making method. Thanks TGG
