Aggressor with the shotgun is faster, you don't have to knock him down and he's dead before he turns towards you. Also doesn't alert anyone if you kill him in the same spot as in the video.

@@idontcareaboutyouropinion8494 I’ve used that shotgun for years, bro. Before, during and after all the Cayo nerfs and haven’t had one problem with it. It only alerts them if you don’t know what you’re doing.
Shotgun with silencer will not alert the guards.

Idk if it's still the case. But if you fly to Cayo for the scope out part during a business battle where the cargo is on the aircraft carrier, you can find the aircraft carrier just a bit south/southwest of the airstrip on Cayo. Better yet you can steal and use the aircraft on there for the scope out as long as you're not detected. Weapons are disabled.
It's not longer the case, rockstar disabled the aircraft carrier business battle with the mercenaries dlc

0:35 #2 Using the Assault Shotgun from the Aggressor loadout kills the Juggernaut with a few shots in the back.
3:48 #14 No need to change outfit. The game automatically saves when you find a new session.
4:13 #16 The trigger to have the lock-up accessible solo isn't having the North Dock as the infiltration point, it is having the Longfin or Patrol Boat as the approach vehicle. You can come in at the Main Dock or Airstrip and then travel to the North Dock and the lock-up will be accessible.
4:50 #19 There's no need to buy or even install suppressors on the setup screen. They are applied by default.
6:55 #23 You can tell before then. After you do the jump in #22, if you look at where the map forks left and right at the top of the minimap at 6:51, there'll be a guard stood at the junction if the box is on the ground. If, as in the video, there is no guard at the junction, then he'll be at the tower.
EDIT: You can tell whether you need to climb the tower or not as soon as you arrive on Cayo. If there is a guard patrolling the road between the airstrip and the guard tower, the box will be on the ground; if there is no guard, the box will be up the tower. There's only two possible guard layouts across the island for the scope out, so you will know where all of them will be based on this one guard on the road out of the airstrip.
Two things that never get mentioned in these videos:
1. When you do the Velum approach and select the Weapon Stash, you don't need to go and collect it from the hangar. Despite you getting searched by the guard in the cutscene, once you start the heist, your weapon wheel will already have the weapons allocated.
*Patched* You do need to collect the weapons stash now.
2. If you do the Guard Truck entry into the compound, when you arrive, there'll be El Rubio's Stafford parked up on the left. Not only can you drive it, but provided you're wearing a disguise, it acts like any other vehicle so you're free to drive it around the map.

The BEST load out is the Aggressor. Makes short work of the Jug and great for speed runners since it takes less time to unalive NPC’s.
Not to mention the power of it can push bodies so you can actually hide them
I used aggressor to my first perico heist and it was such a breeze with it the juggernaut got killed by like 3 shots in the head.
Another tip: If you mute your TV while playing, Pavel will not drive you insane.

For #16 at 4:13 - you actually don't have to set the Infiltration point to North Dock. I used to do that as well but then I forgot to once, still went in anyway, and it worked. Since then, if I have to go to the strip first for any reason, I'll still put Main Dock knowing I can get in to the gated shed on the ND. Weird

7:23 In a Cayo heist, I was doing the airstrip and drainage tunnel approach. As I was going to the drainage tunnel I went into cinematic mode and I saw a thing pop up out of the water. Pavel said something like “I don’t want to alarm you, but sonar detectors are picking up something big… really big”.

Another way deal with that one guard by the gate is to bring the Aggressor loadout. The assault shotgun can push bodies like in Payday 2.

Just a heads up for anyone who needs to know, #2 was wrong. While yes its possible to do that, it's not only not the fastest, but it's not the safest. I for example, have never been able to pull it off as it just does not work for me. Even the old method of "sexy time" (for those who know). INSTEAD, if you want to kill the Jug the fastest, and be able to hit heavier, grab the "Aggressor" class. 3-5 shots on the Jug/his face, immediately hes dead. And personally the tek9 is just quicker to run around with. However you may think differently. I'm just so used to it and zooming through their that I like the smaller profile (1st person) and I feel less "stiff".
Bruh its easy as hell to to do cayo full stealth, and still get the bonus AND secondary loot. Heaps of videos on here about it.
@@-Derp- Yeah, I know it is, never said it wasn't. Besides, I've done it silent 90%+ of the time I've done the hundreds and hundreds of cayo runs. (I say 90%, because with new folks, or people who seem to always struggle, it pretty much always ends up loud, at least at the very end. I'm sure you and everyone/anyone else knows what I'm talking about.) And as for getting the elite, that too. Like I said, going loud really only happens outside, after we get out of the compound (which is of course where being stealthy matters. Once you're out, make all the noise you want, it wont fail the stealth, but that's why I said 90% of the time.)
Hell, awhile back, I had a group of 4. (Myself and 3 others) who would run them back to back to back to back, getting elites every time, and sorta trying not trying to "speedrun" them. Never going for any record times by any means, but just doing them quickly and getting them all done as fast as possible. With loading times (because we were all last gen at the time) maybe 45 ish minutes for 4 Cayo's, full elite bonuses, all within a few minutes, etc. Was always just fun. Plus, cayo used to actually pay decently back then, and had a better chance at better takes. Like getting 6 gold and the diamond or bonds. Or like me, Panther Statue, 6 Gold, on Hard difficulty. Used to replay glitch it for people all the time. Something like 2.3 or so mil for the other person. And I haven't needed money for a good while, so I enjoyed zooming through for them, and depending who, occasionally explaining what was happening/what I was doing, as well as showing them how to do it.
@@jakeb7525 Yeah I get you guy, all g. Doing cayo with noobs is fraught with all manner of dangers, setting off alarms, dying etc. You cant babysit them in cayo, as you can say in a survival or a contact mission. To do it right, you need competent players. I generally only do missions and survivals with players that are level 250 +, as it usually means they can shoot (not always I concede ..). I only run cayo solo mainly for efficiency purposes, in out, all silent, easy, no noobs to worry about.
If you get tired of running cayo, as I do quite often, may I suggest hitting a survival, any of the unlimited waves ones, farmhouse, grove st, meth lab etc. Obviously full snacks, ammo and armor before starting. Meth lab is my go to, ray gun the boat onto the back stairs, then ray gun a dumpster inside to block the walkway near the cash register. Now you got free roam upstairs and down. Blind fire from the wall behind the register downstairs when it gets hot up on the roof. Use any ammo (aside from combat mg) and unload all explosives prior to wave 10. Dont use snacks or armor until you absolutely have to, which is usually from around wave 15 - 20 for me. Use the health pack and armor spawn points until they dry up. Switch to combat mg, replenish after each wave from the spawn point near the rear stairs. Pro tip, wait for a chopper, take out the gunners with a lighter rifle so you dont harm the chopper, then stand on the combat mg spawn point and rubber band your ray gun into the air, go to bathroom, eat lunch etc, return = full combat mg ammo. When you are good, remove rubber band and press on. During a covid lock down I got to wave 76 like this solo. I was looking strong for 100 but the mrs came home 'how was your day, oh yes etc', got owned in the few seconds that I wasnt paying attention. Trying to hit 100, I might give it another go soon. Two or three guys could theoretically just rubber band ray gun the entrance to the store, taking out choppers when required, and probably go to 100+. Or, one on a ray gun, one on combat mg to get through it faster etc.

The roof technique is definitely the safest, a friend of mine found it every since day 1 of the Cayo release, been using it ever since, never been detected, ever
1:58 this was explained a little weirdly so..
on the fingerprint scanner, the prints you can cycle through are all in order from top to bottom, so the first print will be the top; just scroll down and move the print right by +1 every time you go down, so the second print will go right by one, the third print will go right by two, etc

0:35 Actually the best loadout is Aggressor. The auto shotgun can take him out if you get close and mag dump him in the head. Its better than taking a risk trying to knock him over, and is faster.
it used to be that the combat shotgun could only be found in Cayo, but I bought mine from Gun Van Guy.
Also remember before they started nerfing it to kingdom come , R* used to give 1.5x money on primary loot and bonus on secondary as well. THAT was some ridiculous money.
One neat feature that wasn't mentioned in the video was that you could steal a metal detector from a skeleton located on Vespucci beach next to a rock and use it to find a money stash on Cayo Perico during a scope out mission

Easiest way to kill the juggernaut is Aggressor load out with suppressors, bump into him like you see in this video, and three shots in his back from close range will kill him every time.

It's crazy how the pink diamond actually has been changed because I had a pink diamond heist, then a tequila heist the same day, then the next day it was the diamond again 🙃
Btw the shotgun does not move bodys if theres more then one player. the game disregards where you moved it to. and shows it in the spot b4 you moved it to the other player. and guards will still detect the body even if both players move the body on there screen the guards will still see it so make shure you drop them where they need to go when playing multi-player as i had to lern this the hard way 😂😂😂

Actually, Aggressor/Assault Shotgun is better to use to take out the Juggernaut. 3-4 shots in the back and he's dead, and you do not need to knock him over either.

I saw another Cayo Perico video where they used the Aggressor silenced semi-auto shotgun to shoot the juggernaught in the back at close range. I have tried this 3 times in a row without any issue (it only takes about two shots). Shooting him in the back of the head (which I used to do) has not always worked for me (he sometimes would turn around and take me down).
Some tips just to top it up what tgg said about cayo perico heist might help you guys while escaping is you can pull you gun out aim and shoot one time and you run back to get the speed boost and it gonna stop after a bit and keep doing it you should get little bit faster to run toward ocean. and you can also kill yourself during longfin prep to get rid of wanted level.
Did you know that you can’t lock onto the merryweather chopper to restart weapon load out. Tried it yesterday
It was fun while it lasted. Did the heist like a hundred times when it came out anticipating the nerfs . Oh well. Don't be sad it's over, be glad it happened

It’s easier to take out the juggernaut with the Automatik shotgun I believe it’s the aggressor loadout… just walk behind him and spray him in the head with the shotgun just hold the trigger 👍🏼

You don’t have to change outfits for the gather intel mission, as soon as you find it you can change missions

You can kill the juggernaut way easier by running aggressor. Three shots to the back of the head with the shotgun, he’s dead. No time to react, you don’t even need to knock him down
I feel like the cool down should work the other way around... do it solo, get is back sooner. Do it with a friend, give it a longer cooldown.
Why?
1. This rewards skill in players that do it solo.
2. It helps teammates sell each others MC stuff, etc. In the cooldown.
3. It means using less shark cards... that's why they nerf solo time.

Im sorry but repeating the exact same god damn thing, over and over and over again is not skill. They nerfed it becouse a lot of people stopped caring about other methods of making cash. Shark Cards are worthless and only laziest individuals buy them becouse making money in this game is just so easy by now. All you need to get to start snowballing your way into millions is a cheap bunker, ideally in Sandy Shores.
You could use aggressor and use shotgun without needing to knock him down

those tanks under the water are ww2 tanks. so its not likely el rubio was attacked by that ship its more likely it was either from like ww2 in universe or it was a cargo ship carrying old tanks and got sunk. either way probably not a military operation

Wish that R* would’ve kept at the money earned towards the Career Challenge since I had $50M in like a few days when this came out and got burnt from playing it I stopped like a year ago except when the panther statue is out. With the changes getting $50M is gonna be a real grind.
Wdym they added a feature where guards could detect dead bodies in 2022, they could detect dead bodies since day 1 if they were in their cone of vision. Now they just have some kind of super dead body tracking vision

did work for me. just switched outfits, found new invite session, respawned at kosatka and still had to fly back to cayo...
you can actually kill the juggernaut with a shotgun and it’s extremely easy
when you enter the compound through drainage, you can climb up to the roof and shotgun the juggernaut when he is exiting the courtyard and his body does not get detected by anyone
