Hey it was a very nice machine unfortunately in my country, usually we buy greens still in a bucket shape(cut only near the roots) we have a perceiption the individual not as good as still in group so we still harvest in an old way,pull it up ,and cut the root hopefully you could develop a machine that could do that kind of job

your way only allows one harvest per planting.
The above way allows 3 harvests per planting.
This is why machine harvesting is growing in popularity.
