I actually did the opening day of the opening year of the event! It really was amazing though! I have a vlog from that day! Check it out!: ruclips.net/video/I7BHWEq_9tA/видео.htmlsi=OSKD8Wo3-V3_Im3V
This park is a shell of what it used to be. I remember coming here in the early 2000s, even when Goliath first opened. It was so much nicer. In the later 90s early 2000s, even fright fest was WAY better. Such a shame to see my hometown park wasting away. I give it 5 years and it'll close.
I would argue that it is on the upswing currently. The park looks better than I’ve seen it in a few years, the staff was actually friendly and doing their jobs well, and there were a few other small things that really showed that management cares about the park.
can you pay for parking at the park’s gates?
You sure can. I believe it's $35 for general parking
Can you go to soaky mountain please ?Great Vid btw
Glad you enjoyed the vlog! Soaky mountain has been HIGHLY requested and I will for sure make that happen eventually! 😎
Track for GA Surfer has been installed, as well as erecting the first spike when I was there yesterday. If only if this was done sooner
You need to visit Dollywood during the food and flower festival they got so many umbrellas hanging

@@Nonfiction79yea I’d say up until the last year it was going downhill, ever since Coaster Fest (mid-August) I’d say it’s the opposite
